FDP on “Linear algebra for Engineering applications & Startup to Entrepreneurship” inaugurated in Dr. Rame Gowda Seminar Hall. There were a total 144 participants from various departments. Dr. M U Aswath, Principal, BIT and Dr. R Vittal Rao Department of Electronic Systems Engineering (DESE) Indian Institute of Science (IISC), Bangalore, hosted the FDP.
The purpose of this FDP was to expose the faculty members/ research scholars/ Students to aware about various common aspects of all engineering branches, which forms
the need of the day.

National Science Day Inauguration National science day inaugurated in Dr. Rame Gowda Seminar Hall. There were 200 participants from various departments. The National Science Day hosted by Er. Jasmail Singh, FIE, Chairman, IEI, Karnataka State Centre, Dr. S. P. Basavaraju, Former Professor and Head Department of Physics, BIT and Dr Aswath M.U, Principal BIT.
National Science Day Lecture Session by Dr. S. P. Basavaraju on “The illustrious life and achievements of Sir. C.V.Raman”
To celebrate National Science day, student science projects exhibition was arranged in BIT quadrangle. At the end, chief guest and principal sapling the rose plant on soil in BIT front gate garden.
