access either local or international markets in time. Hon. Prof. Kaloki has thus unequivocally embarked on a very ambitious and steady strategic plan in making our roads the best in the region. As the Patron of the two Districts' Roads Boards, he has shown good direction in making our road network marvelous. Kaloki acknowledges the role played by the European Union, the Kibwezi Constituency Development Fund and the Ministry of Roads in making our roads excellent.
