Terms and Conditions Samsung and OSN Offer
These Terms and Conditions comprise an OSN free subscription offer (the “Offer”) where customers are able to get free subscription of certain video-on-demand service (“Voucher”) free of charge upon the purchase of certain Samsung TV product models (“Product(s)”).
This Offer is valid from the 8th of December 2020 up to the 7th of January 2021 (“Offer Period”).
This Offer is only available when purchasing Products either from authorized Samsung stores (“Stores”); or from authorized Samsung online stores https://shop.samsung.com/ae and from the following e-stores: (Amazon, Noon, Carrefour, E-max, Eros, Harman house, Jacky's, Jumbo, Lulu and Sharaf DG) (“E-Stores”), in the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman and Bahrain (“Territory”).

The Voucher includes a free subscription of Partner Services application (“Application”) and is limited to the following: (i) OSN Streaming App
The Voucher is only for three (3) months, six (6) months or twelve (12) months subscriptions, depending on the Product purchased from the Stores and E-Stores, and is only available on the Products purchased from the list above.
Samsung reserves the rights to change and/or update the Voucher at any time with no prior notice to customer purchasing the Products.

The Voucher shall at all times be subject to availability and may not be provided to all customers who purchase the Products.
In order to avail the Offer and therefore redeem the Voucher, customers are first required to obtain an activation code (“Activation Code”) and activate it within the Activation Deadline. Activation Code can be obtained from the Samsung Promotion application on the Product, within the Offer Period, and follow the instruction therein. After obtaining the Activation Code, customers are required to activate it by January 31st 2021 (“Activation Deadline”) in order to redeem the Voucher. Failing to activate it by the Activation Deadline will not enable the customer to avail the Offer.
The Offer is applicable to new OSN customers only. Existing OSN customers are required to use a different email ID and create a new account to activate the Offer.
Customers will be requested by OSN to enter their credit card details and the Activation Code in the OSN Streaming app to avail the Offer.

In case customers need any support to activate the Offer once the Activation Code has been redeemed, customers are advised to submit a request on https://osn.to/help or contact OSN customer service support.

The Offer is not transferable to another Product nor is refundable or exchangeable for another content or service provided by Samsung.
This Offer cannot be combined with any other ongoing or future offer/promotion, and is not transferable.
Samsung will not be liable to the customer for any loss and/or damages of any kind whatsoever, suffered in connection with the redemption of the Voucher or usage of this Offer.
Samsung will be entitled at its sole and absolute discretion to terminate or modify the Offer or to modify, vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions at any time prior or during the Offer Period.
By participating in this Offer, the customer accepts that any dispute of whatever nature which is directly or indirectly
related to these Terms and Conditions or to the participation in this Offer, will be subject to, governed and construed by
