An outstanding feature of PcVue 10 sp1 is its capacity to optimize the energy effi ciency of

a building to become both more economical and more ecological. The software incorporates the protocols necessary for processing information from energy-consuming subsystems: BACnet (controller management), LonWorks (building partitioning), DALI (lighting control according to light level). It continuously optimizes the opera-tion, simultaneous or separately, of HVAC units, lighting systems and sunshades, plus the alloca-tion of energy sources (solar, etc.) as required.

PcVue stands out by federating all building management parameters in a single tool, inclu-ding heating and air-conditioning, lighting, security, low-voltage electricity supply, fi re alarms and other functions, for the service sector and industry including airports and hospitals. PcVue 10 sp1 innovates with its building energy optimization modules. PcVue is installed in several thousand buildings and infrastructures in over 20 countries around the world, including Airbus Industries, Paris Charles de Gaulle airport, Central China TV (Beijing), Milan hospital and many others.

PcVue BACnet driver integrates all neces-sary discovery services, as well as features for accessing BACnet objects’ properties (Data Sharing). Static as well as dynamic device bin-ding can be used over BACnet IP, Ethernet and MS/TP networks. A native watchdog mecha-nism is also integrated to help you to detect los-ses of communication.

PcVue 10 sp1 also innovates with the latest upgrades of its Smart Generator tool, which handles the importing of AutoCAD® fi les. The

supervisory mimics and associated objects can be generated automatically from AutoCAD® building drawings and automatic controller information.
