This is useful so if any mishaps happen we can still meet the deadline.

Editorial and budgetary decisions:This is where the editor is able to decide what topics will feature in the next issue of the magazine. This gives them time to sort out photo-shoots for the contents involved in the issue. Also they have to decide how much is being spent in certain areas of the magazine.

Content acquisition:This is where the content is written up in order to be published in the next issue of the magazine.

Sub-editing:This is where all the articles are checked for spelling mistakes, grammar and punctuality and making sure all the articles follow the house style.Page layout:This is where we will set the pages out and advertisers send us their content to be put into the pages.

Proofreading:This is the part where a hard copy is made and is read through to find any mistakes and corrections that need to be made before the magazine is released.

File emailed to printer:This is where we will send the final copy of the magazine to the printer who will then print out copies of the magazine.

Distribution:This is where the printing company will package and send the magazines to a warehouse which are then sold to the general public to buy and read.
