EL SALVADOR has the highest plastic waste stream

in central america.

daily waste has a high content of organics

Organics and recyclables are separated by hand

high health risks ~ inhalation of pure methane gas

Page 5: Production Bio-Combustibles

We propose and immediate technology transfer to automate

separation and recycling. This minor change will allow

local conversion of waste into a financial asset.

Waste PLASTICS to CRUDe OILAGILYX Converts mixed plastic waste into synthetic crude oil

AGILYX is an Oregon based company with propriatery technology that returns waste plastics to its

original estate: synthetic crude oil. AGILYX is one of our selected strategic allies in Oregon to

transfer this technology to El Salvador. We have identified 3 municipalities with enough daily mixed

plastic stream to sustain the conversion of 50,000 gallons of synthetic crude oil per day.

SWIFT WORKGROUP INTERNATIONAL has the intention to transfer and install this technology

in El Salvador at the same time incubate a public private partnership with the selected municipalities.

Local ownership and operation, new jobs and economic development: our stated goals and mission!

SWIFT WORKGROUP INTERNATIONAL is hopeful that AGILYX will agree with our intention

and the selection of the waste stream to begin an on the ground feasibility study in 2011.

SWIFT Workgroup International proposesProduce methane gas to generate energy, Gas and nutrient compost

Dry Anaerobic Digester• Produces methane gas to

generate energy

• Energy self-sificient

• Organic waste to

compost

• Possibility to sell

compost

• New jobs

• Opportunity to sell

energy

• Generates carbon credits

• Compost is nutrient

We propose a bio-bricks plant IN EL SALVADOR bio-briks are ideal for cooking and for fuel to FIRe red clay

bricks popular with builders in central america

Municipal trimmings, wood waste, sugar cane waste , coffee plantation waste, grass, corn husks are

great raw materials for bio-bricks.

These bricks are a combustible bio-mass made from green and woody waste. They can be use as

fuel in the existent kitchens and traditional comales and can completely substitute all fossil fuels

and wood burning, they are a great source for clean combustion.
