Log on to the router and change the password
Search for Wi-Fi networks on your device
To connect, select “Dialog 4G” & enter theWi-Fi password mentioned on the label of your router
( i ) Connect the LAN cable to the Router and the Laptop
( ii ) Type the IP address mentioned on the label of your router on your internet browser

( iii ) Click on ‘Settings’ & enter the username and password when the login page appears
( iv ) Follow the steps below to change the default Password

Step 1:Search for the MyDialog app on the Play Store or App Store and tap on
‘Install’
Step 2:Open the app
Step 3:Enter your NIC number to validate
your account, and your mobile number will be automatically added to
the app

Step 2:Enter your HBB connection number and the requested details to add your account
Step 3:Select the mode & method to send the validiation PIN

● How do I upgrade or downgrade my package?
To change your package, visit any Dialog Service Centre.
● What is the credit limit for my HBB connection?
Your credit limit will depend on the monthly rental of your package and will approximately be three times your monthly rental. Please refer to the MyDialog app or the My Account portal to check your credit limit.
You may request for Data Extensions within your credit limit and if data is required beyond the limit, prior payment is required.
● How do I maintain my HBB connection without disruptions?
Pay your rental on or before the due date and active Data Extensions before reaching your data quota.
● How do I check my HBB connection status and due bill amount?
If you are a Dialog customer, dial #678# and follow the instructions or log on to the My Account portal.
Any customer can use the MyDialog app.
● What should I do if the router is not functioning?
First, restart the router. If it doesn’t work after restarting, please visit your nearest Dialog Service Centre.
● How do I temporarily disconnect my HBB connection?
You may visit your nearest Dialog Service Centre.
● How do I get a replacement for a damaged or lost unit? (antenna/power adaptor/router or SIM)
You may visit your nearest Dialog Service Centre.
● How do I change my router’s location?
The connection owner is required to submit a relocation request via a Dialog Customer Care Centre/Dialog Service Centre or contact the 24/7 Dialog hotline on 117 100 100.
● How do I return my HBB units?
If you are not using your router anymore, you may visit your nearest Dialog Service Centre, settle your existing outstanding and make a request to disconnect your connection. Please ensure you return the unit with all accessories.
If you do not have coverage, you may request a refund for the connection fee within 7 days of connection activation.
