stewardship programme for End of Life tyres. The grant covers 79% of the project cost and is

payable on delivery of seven milestones.

Earlier this month we unveiled a concept tire at the 2012 Paris Motor that is made of 100% sustainable materials.

The Cinderella experience Whose responsibility? Yours? Mine?

Value Tyres has taken responsibility for the tyres coming into New Zealand in the following ways:

Eliminate wastage by sending trained inspectors overseas to hand select for no visible defects and high tread that can compete with cheaper Chinese tyres.

Pressure test all tyres using electronic sensing machinery (these have been extensively modified to suit our requirements).

Auto deletion of tyres not required for NZ market.

Stringent programme for waste.
