Product Section Unfortunately (or fortunately), our product isn’t normal. So not every question, aspect mentioned in the assignment is not applicable. But anyway, we will describe to the stakeholders product easily enough to understand this complex and very high technological business. What is Crypto Currency (CC - as we will use this shortened form in the next paragraphs) mining center and what is our product? We are serving people who want to make transactions in crypto currency. It means we are payment processing company and our product is transaction processing. We are keeping all the transactions made in CC and validating some of this transactions. We can see better this business model on the image below. Where there are CC sender, CC receiver and Miners (Potentially our organization) who get the fees. More advanced and detailed visualization how any CC (in this particular case – Bitcoin) works is shown below. The process of Verifying the transaction is complicated, but reader doesn’t need to understand it perfectly, because there are many applications, which do it already very good and there is no need to make another one. The real challenge in this business is operational perfectionism, low costs and well-shaped strategy. We are not software developer company we are just providing infrastructure to give people a chance of usage

Actually all the users of CC are miners themselves, only when they have installed wallet on their device, are online and have enough power. Everyone has whole transactions book and everyone can validate other's transactions. But there are some related issues. If you have normal computer and you are a miner, then you will have more electricity expenses then revenue from CC transaction fees. How do miners get money? Building complex, dedicated computers for the mining is one way to get benefit. With this machines you can optimize process, validate much more transactions and generate fees to sustain infrastructure. Eventually they make profit. Here is an example how mining center looks like, picture below. We should mention, that all this parts are for normal computers, but the quantity of them are different. So If we fail to make profit we can easily liquidate all the material assets. There is no need to create fully fledged infrastructure for data center, It will be unnecessary.
