Complete MIS of the User access reports for analysis.

The Administrator has complete control over who can view the lectures and for how

much time by creating rules for accessing specific courses/lectures by various users

and at scheduled times.

Admin can also add an offline recorded audio/video content to the Subject as lectures.

All trainings get stored on the server and admin can manage publishing and display of

these recorded training media.

The Process (Presenter’s End)

1• The trainer logs in with his username/password.

2• Clicks on the course for which he wants to conduct the training.

3• Adds a new lecture by giving the topic name and lecture no.

• A Live lecture is launched transmitting the video of the trainer along with the whiteboard/PPT being used by the trainer for teaching purpose.

5• The trainer has a few options of the pens in terms of thickness

and color needed for annotation on the whiteboard/PPT.

The Process (Participant’s End)

1• The user logs in with his username/password.

2• Clicks on the live-lecture course to launch live lecture.

3• Clicks on the course, the list of lectures is available to view in

deferred-live mode.

• A Live lecture is launched transmitting the video of the trainer along with the whiteboard/PPT being used by the trainer for teaching purpose.

5• In deferred-live (recorded) sessions, the users can drag the

player bar in order to go forward in the lecture.
