WARRANTY CONDITIONS TOWARDS END CUSTOMERSDenon guarantees the perfect quality of the devices. However, should there be reason to complain about material defects, the buyer is entitled to legal warranty claims against the dealer from whom the device was purchased. These statutory rights remain unaffected by the following guarantee. In addition, Denon provides End Users with a limited time manufacturer‘s warranty on manufacturing and material defects for Denon products purchased from an authorized Denon dealer. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper handling, drop or impact and natural wear.

The warranty period of 2 years starts on the day you purchased the brand new device from an authorized Denon dealer. In a warranty case, Denon will replace faulty material for free and install it. Further claims are excluded.

Denon‘s free warranty requires that the unit be shipped in a break-proof and shock-proof manner (preferably in its original packaging) to the authorized Denon dealer where the end user purchased the unit. Only this dealer is responsible for the performance of the warranty. Furthermore, a prerequisite is that the original proof of purchase thisIs presented to the dealer, which shows the name of the end customer, the date of purchase and the type of device.
