OPTIMA ANTIRUST 101, 103OPTIMA ANTIRUST 101 and 103 are high-quality mineral oils containing very effective adsorption corrosion inhibitors. They are used for protection of metal materials against atmospheric corrosion.

OPTIMA ANTIRUST 210, 222, 268OPTIMA ANTIRUST 210, 222, 268 are specially developed mineral oils containing comprehensive corrosion inhibitors. They are used for temporary protection of products made of ferrous and non-ferrous metals against atmospheric corrosion; simultaneously, they tend to have water-adsorption capability.

OPTIMA ANTIRUST 300OPTIMA ANTIRUST 300 is a synthetic conservation medium containing a highly effective and comprehensive corrosion inhibitor, and is free of mineral oil and fully water-soluble.

OPTIMA COOL 30OPTIMA COOL 30 is a new-concept, semi-synthetic machining liquid composed of synthetic ingredients, 30 % highly refined and mildly aromatic mineral oils, corrosion inhibitors, additives against foaming, and preservation ingredients that guarantee long-lasting biostability.

OPTIMA COOL 31OPTIMA COOL 31 is a more effective variant of machining liquids OPTIMA COOL 30, which additionally contains effective anti-wear (AW) ingredients that facilitate machining operations by creating a highly resistant lubrication film that eliminates friction at the points of contact between tools and workpieces.

OPTIMA COOL 40OPTIMA COOL 40 is a universal machining semi-synthetic liquid consisting of synthetic ingredients, 40 % highly refined and mildly aromatic mineral oils, corrosion inhibitors, and additives against foaming and preservation medium that guarantee long-lasting biostability. It is suitable for machining operations carried out using both conventional machining technology and NC or CNC machining centers.

OPTIMA COOL 100OPTIMA COOL 100 is a synthetic machining liquid that is free of mineral or vegetable oil, is fully water-soluble, forming a stable solution with water. Since biological degradability is greater than 80 %, it guarantees easier liquidation. Its composition is environment friendly and its use helps improve work conditions and work environment. It is used in all machining operations involving grinding, where the geometry tool is not precisely defined.

OPTIMA COOL 200OPTIMA COOL 200 is wholly synthetic, lubrication-wise more effective variant of machining liquid OPTIMA COOL 100, which additionally contains effective anti-wear (AW) and extreme-pressure-resistant (EP) additives that actively help, during machining operations, eliminate friction at the points of contact between tools and workpieces even at extremely high pressures and flow rates. Moreover, the machining liquid OPTIMA COOL 200 contains special passivation corrosion inhibitors for colored metals, and is therefore suitable for machining of a broad spectrum of machining materials with precisely defined or non-defined geometry of the tool’s cutting edge.

OPTIMA COOL LACTICOPTIMA COOL LACTIC is a special, semi-synthetic machining liquid, which has been developed on the basis of derivatives of lactic acid, i.e., with lactates forming part of the emulsifying system. Additives thus conceived, mixed with highly refined naphthenic base oil, corrosion inhibitors, and anti-foaming ingredients form a micro-emulsion of excellent detergents with outstanding cleansing and natural hydroscopic properties. These enable the emulsion to regulate the moisture of the workers’ skin that is exposed to the machining liquid. Furthermore, they eliminate the tendency to form adhesive residue on machining technology, jigs, and tools. Thus, this machining liquid is able to achieve optimal results during cutting operations, while being user-friendly to the operator’s skin and the machines themselves.

SEPARATION OILSOPTIMA FORM 5, 7The separation medium OPTIMA FORM 5 and OPTIMA FORM 7 are low-viscosity mineral oils containing effective additives that prevent adhesion of the machined material to the mold. It is used effectively for processing and production of ceramic and cement products, as well as an additive to ceramic mixes before molding.

OPTIMA FORM 30OPTIMA FORM 30 is a medium-viscosity mineral oil that is used as a separation medium for the processing and production of ceramic and cement products. It contains effective ingredients that prevent adhesion of processed material to the molding form. Furthermore, it contains additives against the corrosion of metal materials and against dust formation during spray-coating of molds.

OPTIMA BIOFORMOPTIMA BIOFORM is a low-viscosity, biologically degradable oil that is used as a separation medium in the production, processing, and laying of asphalt-coated mixes. It is designated for application in places requiring easy separation of asphalt-coated mixes and the technology used in asphalt-coating facilities during the production and subsequent transport and application proper. This separation medium facilitates easy detachment of asphalt-coated mixes from the loading surfaces of trucks, handling technology, and other technological elements used during production and application.

OPTIMA BIOFORM SOPTIMA BIOFORM S a low-viscosity, biologically degradable medium that effectively helps in the production, processing, and application of asphalt-coated mixes. It is designated for application where easy separation of asphalt-coated mixes from the technology used for asphalt coating during the production, subsequent transport, and application proper of asphalt-coated mixes is required.

OPTIMA FORM PB A/BOPTIMA FORM PB A is a specially developed, low-viscosity, and biologically degradable separation medium based on polydimethylsiloxane liquid (A), or stable, high-molecular-weight polymers (B), which effectively helps in the production and processing of ceramic and cement products. The separation medium OPTIMA SEPAR PB is particularly effective during demolding of exposed concrete, where the appearance of exposed external concrete and intactness of the surface are prerequisite.

OPTIMA FORMALOPTIMA FORMAL is specially developed, highly stable, synthetic separation micro-emulsion based on wax. It is designated for lubrication of metal molds during pressurized casting of aluminum alloys. Application of the separation micro-emulsion is done manually using spray guns or automatic stationary sprayers.

OPTIMA BETAFORMThe separation oil OPTIMA BETAFORM is a medium based on highly refined mineral oils with a grease and adhesive separation additive. It is designated for primarily for separating molds during production of concrete roofing.

OPTIMA FORM 150OPTIMA FORM 150 is a viscous, highly-refined mineral oil that is used as a separation means in the processing and production of cementing products. It is particularly suitable for porous concrete products. Its effective ingredients prevent adhesion to materials processed in molds. Furthermore, it contains additives inhibiting corrosion of metal materials.

OPTIMA FORM FCOPTIMA FORM FC is a specially developed low-viscosity separation means based on highly-refined, easily evaporable mineral carbohydrates, detergents and ingredients against dust formation, greasy substances, and corrosion inhibitors, which very effectively helps in the processing and production of ceramic and cement products. The separation means OPTIMA FORM FC is particularly effective where the demolding of exposed concrete products requires special care to preserve the smoothness and intactness of the concrete products’ surface.

CUTTING OILSOPTIMA EXTREMECUT 5/10/15/22/32/46OPTIMA EXTREMECUT 5, 10, 15, 22, 32, and 46 are high-performance cutting oils containing special, effectively composed ingredients for perfecting cutting and greasing processes in the point of friction. Furthermore, they contain detergents and ingredients against dust formation, corrosion inhibitors, higher content of EP and AW additives, and anti-foaming ingredients. They are used for honing, grinding, and machining with precisely definable geometry of the tool’s cutting edge (turning, milling, drilling, boring, reaming, internal and external threading) realized especially in machining centers and machining lines (CNCs). Moreover, they are recommendable whenever working with materials with very poor machinability.

OPTIMA UNICUT 5/10/15/22/32/46The cutting oils of the OPTIMA UNICUT line are universal cutting oils for machining poorly machinable materials. In addition to common machining, they also facilitate execution of complex machining operation on these materials, including internal threading. These oils may also be used in highly complicated machining operations, such as internal and external stretching, rolling, and tooth shaping. The more viscous oils are suitable for cold steel forming, such as blanking, calibrating, and deep drilling of steel sheets. Thanks to its universal properties, this oil may be applied in bearing housings according to DIN 51 502 – CL, transmission housings as per DIN 51 517 – CLP, and hydraulic circulation systems as per DIN 51 524 – H-LPD Standards.

OPTIMA CUT OCOPTIMA CUT OC je low-viscosity cutting oil containing highly-refined mineral oil and special ingredients for improving its cutting and greasing effect, for reducing formation of fog, for protecting the machine, tools, and workpieces against corrosion. It is designated for machining operations with precisely definable geometry of the tool’s cutting edge (turning, milling, drilling, boring, reaming, internal and external threading) realized especially in machining centers and machining lines (CNCs).

OPTIMA CUT OC PLUSOPTIMA CUT OC PLUS je low-viscosity cutting oils containing highly-refined mineral oil and special ingredients for improving its cutting and greasing effect, for reducing formation of fog, for protecting the machine, tools, and workpieces against corrosion. It is designated for machining operations with precisely definable geometry of the tool’s cutting edge (turning, milling, drilling, boring, reaming, internal and external threading) realized especially in machining centers and machining lines. Moreover, OPTIMA CUT OC PLUS has a higher content of anti-abrasion and pressure-resistant greasing ingredients. Therefore, it is recommended for the machining of materials with very poor machinability.

OPTIMA CUT 10OPTIMA CUT 10 is a high-performance, low-viscosity cutting oil containing special, specially combined ingredients for perfecting the cutting and greasing effects in places exposed to friction. Furthermore, it contains cleansing and dust-preventing ingredients, corrosion inhibitors, EP and AW additives and anti-foaming ingredients. Cutting oil Optima CUT 10 is used for operations with precisely definable geometry of the tool’s cutting edge (turning, milling, drilling, boring, reaming, internal and external threading) realized especially in machining centers and machining lines. It is recommended for the machining of materials with very poor machinability.

OPTIMA CUT 22OPTIMA CUT 22 is a highly-refined mineral oil that contains ingredients for better cutting and greasing effects, reduced formation of oily fog, and better protection of machines, tools, and workpieces against corrosion. OPTIMA CUT 22 is designated for machining operations with precisely definable geometry of the tool’s cutting edge (turning, milling, drilling, boring, reaming; it is also suitable for internal threading, but only in

materials with good machinability). Thanks to the effective composition of its additives, OPTIMA CUT 22 can be used as multipurpose oil that is suitable both for machining operations using automated machines and for lubrication of their transmissions.

OPTIMA CUT 32OPTIMA CUT 32 is a mineral oil containing additives for more effective cutting and greasing, reduced formation of oily fog, and better protection of machines, tools, and workpieces against corrosion. It is designated for machining operations with precisely definable geometry of the tool’s cutting edge (turning, milling, drilling, material cutting, threading, and countersinking, as well as operations involving internal broaching, but only for materials with good machinability).

OPTIMA CUT 46OPTIMA CUT 46 je a highly-refined mineral oil containing ingredients for better cutting and greasing effects, reduced formation of oily fog, and better protection of machines, tools, and workpieces against corrosion. OPTIMA CUT 46 is designated for machining operations with precisely definable geometry of the tool’s cutting edge (turning, milling, drilling, boring, reaming; it is also suitable for internal threading, but only in materials with good machinability). Thanks to the effective composition of its additives, OPTIMA CUT 46 can be used as multipurpose oil that is suitable both for machining operations using automated machines and for lubrication of their transmissions. Furthermore, it may be used as filling in hydraulic systems with prescribed viscosity specification as per ISO VG 46. HYDRAULIC OILS

OPTIMA HM 22/32/46/68/100Hydraulic oils OPTIMA HM are highly refined mineral oils containing active additives capable of improving oxidation stability, anti-wear as well as anti-corrosion additives, and additives against foaming. They are used for hydrostatic mechanisms with high exposure to mechanic and thermal factors. They meet ISO VG 22, 32, 46, 68, 100; ISO 6743: ISO-L-HM; DIN 51524/II-HLP.

OPTIMA HM 22 ZF/32 ZF/46 ZF/68 ZF/100 ZFHydraulic oils of the OPTIMA HM ZF line are highly-refined mineral oils containing ingredients for improvement of oxidation stability; ash-free and zinc-free anti-abrasion and anti-corrosion ingredients; and anti-foaming ingredients. They are used for hydrostatic mechanisms exposed to great mechanical and thermal stress. They meet the following specifications: ISO VG 22, 32, 46, 68, 100, ISO 6743/4 - HM, DIN 51 502 - H, DIN 51 524, Part 2 - HLP, CETOP RP91H, and ISO TC 28/SC 4.

OPTIMA HM 22 F/32 F/46 F/68 F/100 FHydraulic oils of the OPTIMA HM line are highly-refined, specially filtered mineral oils containing active agents that improve oxidation stability and anti-abrasion and anti-corrosion and anti-foaming ingredients. They are used for hydrostatic mechanisms exposed to great mechanical and thermal stress. Purity class as per NAS 1638 corresponds to values 6 - 7. They meet the following specifications ISO VG 22, 32, 46, 68, 100; ISO 6743: ISO-L-HM; DIN 51524/II-HLP.

OPTIMA HV 22/32/46/68/100OPTIMA HV is a highly-refined hydraulic mineral oil with a high-viscosity index for hydrostatic systems exposed to great stress and a broad range of temperatures. It contains ingredients against oxidation, corrosion, foaming, and mechanical wearing of hydraulic elements; a viscosity modifier that significantly improves the dependence of viscosity on temperature; and a depressant of the freezing point, thus improving the oil’s low-temperature properties. They meet the following specifications ISO VG 22, 32, 46, 68, 100; ISO 6743/4 HV, DIN 51 502 HV, DIN 51 524, Part 3 HVLP.

OPTIMA HFC 46OPTIMA HFC 46 is hydraulic fluid based on high-stability polymers and water, suitable corrosion inhibitors and anti-wearing (AW) additives. It is a special, fire-resistant hydraulic fluid, type HFC, designated primarily for application in locations highly exposed to the risk of fire or explosion. It is used in mines, in steel mills during chill casting, and foundries during die casting of aluminum and zinc alloys.

OPTIMA OT-HP3OPTIMA OT-HP3 is hydraulic oil made of highly refined mineral base oils and advanced refining ingredients for improvement of greasing and friction properties, resistance to oxidation, properties protecting against corrosion, etc. OPTIMA OT-HP3 is designated for use as a working liquid in hydrodynamic mechanisms (ATF) stationary as well as mobile machines; it is suitable for automatic transmissions in buses, construction machines, forklifts, etc., which require oils with particular specifications. It corresponds to VOITH specifications for – hydro-clutches and industrial retarders GM Type 3, ISO VG 32.

OPTIMA HEES 15/22/32/46OPTIMA HEES 15, 22, 32 a 46 are high-quality, easily biodegradable hydraulic oils. They are made of a mixture of synthetic esters. They contain refining ingredients with active agents similar to classical hydraulic oils HM and HV, which ensure their high oxidation stability, excellent lubrication properties, outstanding properties protecting against corrosion and rusting. Characteristic also is their good resistance to low temperatures, low degree of their viscosity’s dependence on temperature, and very good surface properties. OPTIMA HEES 15, 22, 32, and 46 are designated primarily for hydrostatic mechanisms expose to high stress and high pressure, provided with hydrogenerators that require oils with high resistance to abrasion (lamellas, axial and radial pistons) and thermo-oxidation stability. They are particularly suitable for mobile hydraulic mechanisms deployed in unprotected environment all year, especially if there is a risk of system failure causing contamination of the environment by oil leakage (most often it concerns agricultural machines and equipment, forestry and construction technology used for work in protected country regions). They are capable of functioning within a great range of temperatures (from -25°C to 80°C). They meet the requirements of the Forest Code, i.e., Act No. 289/95 Coll., and related legal provisions on biodegradability. They meet the following specifications: ISO VG 15, 22, 32, and 46, ISO 6743/4 HM, DIN 51 502 H, VDMA 24568 HEES.

OPTIMA HFASOPTIMA HFAS is a synthetic, non-flammable, hydraulic liquid lubricant that does not contain mineral oil. It is fully water soluble as it forms a

stable solution when mixed with water. Its composition is environment-friendly and its use ensures improvement of work conditions and work environment. OPTIMA HFAS is conceived on the basis of highly effective corrosion inhibitors, high-molecular-weight polymer ingredients, anti-foaming ingredients, and conservation ingredients that guarantee its considerable longevity. It contains effective anti-abrasion ingredients (AW). OPTIMA HFAS is a synthetic concentrate of a hydraulic liquid, type HFA-S, developed as a filling for modern hydraulic wall systems in mines. The options of using this product are practically unlimited in all situations requiring transmission of force, protection against corrosion, greasing capability, and strong protection against bacteria. OPTIMA HFAS is suitable for use in hydraulic systems that require the use of hydraulic liquids with limited flammability, type HFA (water soluble) – usually, it is used in a concentration of 2 to 3%, diluted with demineralized or drinking water.

Furthermore, they contain ingredients for higher resistance to abrasion, better low-temperature properties, and anti-foaming and anti-rusting ingredients. They are designated primarily for pneumatic tools and mechanisms. However, thanks to their favorable properties, they are also suitable for other applications, e.g., hydraulic technology. Adequate purity of these oils is ensured through highly effective filtration (8 as per NAS 1638). They correspond to classifications DIN 51 502 D, ISO 6743: ISO-L-P.

OILS FOR LOSSY LUBRICANTS

OPTIMA UNILUBEOIL 32/46/68/100Oils of the OPTIMA UNILUBEOIL line are universal, greasy, highly refined mineral oils with high oxidation stability. They contain active ingredients for increased oxidation stability, as well as anti-corrosion and anti-foaming ingredients. They are designated for various industrial applications, primarily supplementary greasing, lossy greasing, filling of the lubrication systems of machines and machine equipment working at maximum operating oil temperatures of up to 60°C. Furthermore, they are used as working medium in hydrostatic systems with lesser requirements for thermo-oxidation stability and greasing properties. Other typical applications include lubrication of bearings and trans-missions of large machines (mostly machining) exposed to low or medium stress and unsophisticated hydrostatic systems. Specifications ISO 6743/2 FC, DIN 51 502 C.

BEARING OILSOPTIMA OLJ 10/22/32/46/68/100Bearing oils OPTIMA OLJ 10, 22, 32, 46, 68 and 100 are highly refined, mildly aromatic mineral oils of high oxidation stability, thanks to unique stabilizing oxidation additives. They are designated for a broad range of industrial applications, especially for long-term lubrication fillings in machines and machine technology operating in covered (tempered) premises at maximum operating oil temperatures of up to 60°C. They are also used as the working medium in hydrostatic systems requiring lower or medium thermo-oxidation stability and lubrication properties of the working medium. Some of them may also be used for specific (e.g., technological) applications.

SLIDEWAY OILS

OPTIMA KV 46/68/100/220/320OPTIMA KV 46, 68, 100, 220 and 320 are a highly refined and mildly aromatic mineral oil containing additives against oxidation and corrosion. Moreover, it contains special anti-wear additives that improve the effectiveness of the lubrication film, thus eliminating the occurrence of so-called stick-slip effect. It is designated for lubrication of slideways, both horizontal and vertical, in machining and production systems, transmissions, sliding bearings, or as multi-purpose circulation oil for slideways, hydraulics, transmissions, or medium-duty molding operations.

HEAT TRANSFER OILS

OPTIMA TERM 32/46OPTIMA TERM 32 and 46 are a high-quality mineral oil for heat transfer, made of high-quality, mildly aromatic base oils with low evaporability, produced using modern hydrogenation technology. OPTIMA TERM 32 and 46 are composed of special active ingredients that ensure high thermal and thermo-oxidation stability. It is designated for confined heat-exchange systems heated indirectly up to 300°C. The maximum temperature of the oil film on the walls of the confined system is 310°C. Additionally, it is very suitable for use as quenching oil for cold hardening at temperatures of up to 80°C, thermal hardening at 150°C, and hardening in a protective atmosphere.

ENGINE OILS

OPTIMA TSFOPTIMA TSF is a semi-synthetic motor oil of extraordinary performance. This oil is made of highly refined, mildly aromatic mineral base oils, a dilution ingredient, polyisobutylene that eliminates carbon sedimentation, and effective, top-quality refining additives, used especially for improvement of lubrication and anti-corrosion properties, elimination of carbon sedimentation, etc. It is designated for greasing two-stroke, high-speed petrol engines requiring oils with outstanding properties (e.g., modern motorcycles, including racing motorcycles, automobiles, power saws, brush cutters, trimming machines, and other agricultural technology) that require oily lubrication mixed with gasoline or greasing by means of a pump. This oil meets the lubrication requirements of modern, top-performance two-stroke engines. Usually, it is mixed at a ratio of 1:50 or according to the engine manufacturer’s instructions. It is used all year round.

OPTIMA MARINE SAE 40OPTIMA MARINE SAE 40 is a high-performance, single-stage motor oil. It is made of high-quality basic crude oil with low evaporability, produced using modern hydrogenation technology and high-quality refining additives (oxidation and corrosion inhibitors, ingredients for dispersant cleansing, greasing ingredients, etc.). COMPRESSOR OILS

OPTIMA COMPRESSOR 100/150/220Compressor oils OPTIMA COMPRESSOR 100, 150, and 220 are highly-refined mineral oils with high oxidation stability. They contain active agents for ensuring low freezing point and oxidation stabilizers. OPTIMA COMPRESSOR 100 is designated for air and gas compressors working at temperatures of up to 160°C; for gas compressors, transmissions with precisely cut toothing working at circumferential speeds ranging from 10 m/sec to 15 m/sec, and for special cases of lubrication or hydraulic circulation systems. OPTIMA COMPRESSOR 150 is designated for air compressors working at discharge temperatures from 160°C to 200°C; for gas compressors, transmissions with precisely cut toothing working at circumferential speeds ranging from 5 m/sec to 10 m/sec, and for special cases of circulation greasing systems exposed to high temperatures. OPTIMA COMPRESSOR 220 is designated for air compressors working at discharge temperatures above 200°C, for gas compressors where gas ingredients are mixed with oil; for transmissions with precisely cut toothing working at circumferential speeds below 5 m/sec, a for certain special cases of circulation greasing systems exposed to high temperatures. Thanks to their properties, the OPTIMA COMPRESSOR oils are also suitable for use in other applications, e.g., as heat-bearing media or as technological oils for thermal processing of metals. OPTIMA COMPRESSOR VDL 32/46/68/100/150OPTIMA COMPRESSOR VDL oils are high-quality oils for compressors, whose formulas are based on highly-refined mineral oils with minimal evaporability. They contain additives that improve their low-temperature properties, special ash-free complex ingredient for improvement of the thermal and oxidation stability of these products and their other utility properties. Compressor oils of the OPTIMA COMPRESSOR VDL line are also characteristic for their low foaming rate and very good demulsification ability. They are designated for greasing air and gas compressors requiring particularly sophisticated lubricants. Their properties ensure very long replacement intervals. Typical applications include greasing of rotary (mostly threaded) compressors exposed to great stress (output temperature ≥ 100°C),

OPTIMA PRESSOIL 80OPTIMA PRESS is top-performance forming oil conceived based on highly refined and mildly aromatic mineral oils, with special additives ensuring optimal combination of highly alkaline calcium sulphonate, sulphurized ester and state-of-the-art synthetic ester additive. It is used for a broad range of operations involving voluminous formation of joining materials, various components for the automotive industry in the area of step-by-step forming tools, as well as precision cutting tools. OPTIMA MULTI 32/46/68/100/150/220/320Oils of the OPTIMA MULTI line are high-quality mineral multifunction oils. They are refined by means of complex ingredients that increase the durability of the lubrication film; improve resistance to wearing, oxidation, corrosion, and rusting; and modify friction properties. They are designated for greasing of transmissions, hydraulic circuits, ball bearings, and conducting surfaces in various construction variants. They are particularly suitable for greasing the transmissions and engineering components that require oils capable of exposure to high pressure. They are designated for greasing modern machining technology working under demanding conditions, where these multi-function, high-quality oils find optimal application. They meet the following specifications: ISO 6743: ISO-L-G, ISO-L-HM, ISO-L-CKC, DIN 51 502: CGLP, HLP, CLP.

PROCESSING AND TECHNOLOGICAL OILS

OPTIMA BSOil for manufacturing rubber, OPTIMA BS, is a medium-viscosity oil of yellow-brown color that is refined by extraction using a solvent. Its chemical composition indicates that it is part of a group called aromatic plasticizers. Since OPTIMA BS is toxicologically harmless technological oil, it is designated for manufacturing rubber and rubber mixtures.

OPTIMA SOFT 10/22/32/46/68/100/220OPTIMA SOFT are highly-refined mineral oils containing ingredients that improve their oxidation stability and low-temperature properties. They are designated for manufacture of most rubber compositions, as well as various other applications, most of technological nature. They may also be used as greasing oils in movable bearings that do not require lubricant with sophisticated utility properties.

INDUSTRIAL TRANSMISSION OILS

OPTIMA CLP 100, 150, 220, 320, 460, 680Industrial transmission oils of the OPTIMA CLP line are highly-refined mineral oils, whose properties have been improved by means of a friction modifier, high-pressure-resistant ingredients, antioxidants, and ingredients against corrosion. They are designated primarily for greasing all types of industrial transmissions, especially where their toothing is exposed to particularly high stress; they are suitable both for rolling transmissions (spur and bevel gears) and threaded transmissions (warm gears, etc.). Moreover, they can be used for lubrication of bearings and other movable parts of machines, especially those requiring oils with outstanding high-pressure properties. Oils of the OPTIMA CLP line can be used for applications where hitherto other oils had to be used in emergency, such as transmission oil for cars, heavy-duty compressor oils, etc. The meet the following specifications: ISO 6743/3 CKC, DIN 51 517, Part 3 CLP.

SPECIAL LUBRICANTS

OPTIMA FLUID G OPTIMA FLUID G is a water-soluble medium based on graphite diffused in water, which does not contain mineral oil. It is characteristic for its excellent adhesive capability at high temperature. Owing to the size and structure of the dispersed graphite during application, it forms graphite film with excellent separation and lubrication properties, thus ensuring very good fluidity of metal during thermal shaping. It is used as a separation means for hot and warm steel fitting, but also for stamping of copper, aluminum, titanium, and nickel. It is successfully used on mechanical and spindle presses and hammers even under very demanding conditions when working very complex components. When using this product, avoid freezing temperatures. When mixing liquid OPTIMA FLUID G with water, pour water into the concentrate very slowly and under constant stirring, or use an automatic mixing device. Recommended concentration is 5 to 50%, depending on the complexity of the given operation.

OPTIMA FLUID 220OPTIMA FLUID 220 is a synthetic lubricant for greasing chains and joints at high temperatures. It is characteristic for its very effective greasing capability. OPTIMA RBO 220 contains ingredients against dust formation and abrasion, rusting, foaming, and ingredients inhibiting oxidation at high temperatures. It is designated for a broad range of industrial appli-cations, for lossy lubrication, and very effective supplementary lubricati-on. It is particularly suitable for greasing conveyor chains exposed to high temperatures. Thanks to its high flash point, it reduces the risk of ignition.

OPTIMA R-FLUID 22, 32, 46, 68Oils of the OPTIMA R-FLUID line are specially developed universal liquids based on substances extracted from plants. They are used in places where using mineral oils would be harmful, especially in the food industry as lossy lubrication.

AUXILIARY MEANS AND ADDITIVES

OPTIMA ANTIFOAMThe OPTIMA ANTIFOAM fluid is a mixture of substances used for reduction of surface tension and thereby elimination of the foam created by mixing water-soluble machining fluids. It acts as an active agent both on the surface and within the fluid.

OPTIMA STABILOPTIMA STABIL is a medium-viscosity, colorless fluid designated for improvement and buffering (stabilization) of the pH value of machining fluids.

OPTIMA BIOCLEANThe fluid OPTIMA BIOCLEAN is a biocide medium designated for complete liquidation of micro-organisms and subsequent conservation of all water-soluble machining fluids.

OPTIMA SYSTEMCLEANThe system cleanser OPTIMA SYSTEMCLEAN is a mixture of assorted, very effective soaking agents, emulsifiers, biocides, and fungicides. It is used for cleaning machining technology during exchange of machining fluids. As a system cleanser, it contains an effective detergent that loosens mechanical impurities, residue micro-organisms, and an effective conservation ingredient that destroys microorganisms.

OPTIMA ANTIRUSTOPTIMA ANTIRUST is an anti-corrosion additive for water soluble machining fluids. It is designated for greater rustproofing properties for water soluble machining fluids and better protection against starting corrosion caused by salinity of machining systems dues to using hard water with high mineral content for preparation of machining fluids. Moreover, OPTIMA ANTIRUST is capable of suppressing corrosion caused by low pH factor. Furthermore, this additive improves the anti-corrosion properties of machining fluids in cases where semi-finished machined products have to be conserved by the machining fluid only for extended time intervals between individual machining operations.

OPTIMA OSI 15751OPTIMA OSI 15751 is a highly effective antioxidant that extends the oxidation stability of fuels. It is particularly suitable for increasing the oxidation stability of Diesel fuel mixes SMN30 (B30) and mixes of pure rapeseed oil methyl ester with FAME (MEŘO, B100). The liquid antioxidation mixture OPTIMA OSI 15751 is designated for direct mixing, optimally on-line blending, with Diesel fuel and Diesel mixes, and with MEŘO at a ratio of at least 500 ppm (0,05%). With respect to this particular parameter, which ensures effective thermo-oxidation stabilization of fuel, the process meets completely the following standards: EN 590, ČSN 65 6508 and EN 14214, as per ČSN EN 15751.

GROTAMAR 71GrotaMar 71 is a unique biocidal and fungicidal preservative designated for treatment and conservation of Diesel fuels (B7, B30, B100).

OPTIMA DIESEL POWEROPTIMA DIESEL POWER is a specially developed summer package of additives that are optimal for refining Diesel fuel. Its composition increases the cetane grade of Diesel fuel to 60 and up to 62, i.e., by 5 and 7 units. Its high cetane grade diminishes fuel consumption by 0.5 – 1.0 liters per 100 km. Recommended dosage: 90 ml per 60 l tank.

OPTIMA WINTER DIESEL POWEROPTIMA WINTER DIESEL POWER is a specially developed winter package of additives that are v optimal for refining Diesel fuel. Its composition increases the cetane grade of Diesel fuel to 60 and up to 62, i.e., by 5 and 7 units. Its high cetane grade diminishes fuel consumption by 0.5 – 1.0 liters per 100 km. Simultaneously, it reduces the fuel’s filterability to approx. -32°C and protracts the interval of clogging due to problem paraffins. Adding the winter package of OPTIMA WINTER DIESEL POWER to fuel ensures smooth starts and smooth engine operation during winter months. Recommended dosage: 100 ml per 60 l tank.
