Dry Aged Beef
Our Dry Aged Beef Program consists exclusively of
USDA Prime and Angus beef. Our dry age cooler is
closely monitored and controlled for humidity and
temperature with fans to create proper air circulation.
We dry age the meat for a minimum of 28 days and
upon request can shorten or extend that period of time.
The items placed in this cooler are:

Burger. The Original Brooklyn Burger was conceived 9
years ago and we have continued to build our product line.
We now have a Premium Blend (Choice Chuck, Brisket
and Short Rib) Burger and a 100% Angus Beef Burger
which has no added antibiotics or hormones. These
burgers are frozen and ready to go directly on a skillet or
