BraceBloks™ weigh in at 50kg each and to movethem independently by hand incurs risk of injury.The Lifting Tool is ideal for manually transportingBraceBloks™ with minimal effort. Two people arerequired to operate the levers on either side of thetool. The tongs of the lifting tool fit perfectly underthe “lip” at the top of BraceBloks™ for a moresecure grip.

The Lifting Tool is also suitable for moving kerbs,edging stones, paving and guttering.

Acoustic Shield™ by Blok N Mesh is an Acoustic Barrier for Temporary Fencing panels to reduce noise pollution on construction sites. It provides a cost effective way of reducing noise pollution on site. They are easily transported, quickly fitted, relocated and removed as required.

ACOUSTIC PERFORMANCE

Acoustic Shield™ provides up to 30dB noise reduction subject to site conditions. Tested in various ‘real life’ applications in accordance with ISO 1996 - BS4142 - assists with UK Construction Section 61 Notice Applications (Control of Pollution Act 1974). Reuse-A-Wall™ is a modular PVC hoarding system devised to suit internal works such as refurbishment, remodelling and shop fitting. Reuse-A-Wall™ is manufactured in-house from 85% recycled UPVC ensuring fantastic environmentally friendly properties.

Reuse-A-Wall™ can often be found in a variety of buildings, but is most frequently used in supermarkets, hospitals, airports, shopping centres, train stations and leisure centres.

Most of our product range is manufactured entirelyin house from our factories in Kildare and Knowsley(UK). Collectively we manufacture in excess of 1,000,000 temporary fence panels per year alone, as well as hundreds of thousands of other product styles.

We have manufactured some of the nation’s most innovative solutions in temporary fencing, pedestrian barriers and site hoarding, often surpassing the expectations of our customers in our supply ability and creative products.

As a customer of Blok N Mesh, you can be safe in the knowledge that you are buying direct from the manufacturer with a wealth of knowledge and experience, completely cutting the cost of purchasing from intermediaries.

Many of our products can be customised to include your company branding in one way or another. Our range of products with custom branding includes full colour digital printed mesh tarpaulins and banners to suit temporary fence panels, ideal for advertising a building site or local event. It also includes rubber blocks which can be painted in any BS or RAL colour to suit your corporate branding.

Hoarding panels can also be powder coated in your corporate colours using our in-house state of the art powder coating machinery. Take us up on our free artwork service – we’re happy to provide mock-ups so you can see what the end product will look like!

As the manufacturers of most of our product range, it gives us the unique ability to alter the design of our products to suit the needs of our customers. This may include various locking mechanisms on vehicle gates or pedestrian gates, different types of mesh or adding rails to barriers.

IN-HOUSE POWDER COATING

Powder coating is available on all metal products and commonly used on galvanised hoarding systems manufactured in-house by Blok N Mesh. Powder coating is the process where fencing panels, barriers, site hoarding or accessories are covered with a coloured polyester or epoxy powder which is then heated into a protective layer, providing a professional appearance to the products of your choosing, branded to suit your corporate guidelines.

We can deliver our wide range of products nationwide using our in-house transport fleet of over 70 vehicles, to which we are accredited as an organisation receiving prestigious transport certifications such as FORS Silver, The Freight Transport Association and CLOCS Champion. We pride ourselves on being able to provide flexible delivery slots to suit your requirements. All depots are equipped with a variety of delivery vehicles including 18ton rigid vehicles fitted with cranes ensuring rapid fulfilment regardless of order size.
