Heated seats eliminate fatigue and are great for those who suffer from backache while driving. Our seat heaters are backed by the manufacturer’s 3-year warranty. They can be fitted to any make and model of vehicle without changing the shape of the seat. Seat heater control switches can be mounted to the dashboard or to the side trim of the seat.

The two heat settings (high and low) are regulated by built-in thermostats, and emit an even heat effect within a very short time.

Leather Interior TimeframeOnce all details have been confirmed and signed order confirmation received - depending on State, allow 5–10 days for Leather to come through production. The vehicle will need to be in the workshop for 2–3 days depending on size and detail of re-trim*. Schedules will vary between workshops, so please check with us. If the job does have a matter of urgency, we will do the best we can for you to meet the required deadlines. *Ifwedoneedtoredraftpatternsforanewmodel–vehiclewillberequiredinworkshopfor14days.

Accessories TimeframeWe do our best to keep stock of our range at all times. Canopy and Extenda Lid stock will vary due to style and colour range options.

ConfirmationIf the customer does not have an account with ALA, a 50% pre-production deposit will be required to be paid. It is very important to remember that until you have approved your order and we have received a signed confirmation including valid Purchase order number and Vehicle ID, we cannot proceed further with your order.

Step One: Photocopy the standard order form as you see on the following page.

Step Two: Complete your contact details, including; address, 2 phone numbers if possible, email and/or fax.

Step Three: Describe the make, year and model of the vehicle.

Step Four: Choose your product. To order leather, • Note the part number, 1,2 or 3 rows. If you

are unsure of price, leave it blank as this will be confirmed and clarified with a verification call within 24 hours on receipt of this order

• Colour of leather; state all colors if it is multiple colors, for example (Black and red ) and we will confirm on the verification call where the colours are expected to go. A detailed schematic showing the colours will be emailed to you to sign off prior to proceeding. The seat designer is an optional tool to help you decide on the colours and the different styles. Go to; www.alphalineauto.com.au/seatdesigner.htmland email us a copy.

• Sports bolsters, tick yes or no. this option is not available to all vehicle models

• Choose stitch colour• Select the type of inserts. If unsure, leave it blank

and this will also be confirmed on the verification phone call.

Step Five: Add any other accessories, by clearly stating the part number from the catalogue and the description. This could include seat heaters, canopies, ute lids, sunroofs etc.

Step Six: All dealer orders will need either an order number or a stock number for tracking purposes.

Step Seven: Always put the date and the expected completion date so we can strive to impress. If this date is not achievable, this will be stated on the verification call which you will receive with in 24 hours after we receive this by email or fax. Also your ALA rewards number if applicable.
