HOW TO ORDER

Simply log on to www.afl vic.com.au and head to the FootyMart section by clicking on the FootyMart logo on the home page.

You will fi nd all the relevant order forms on the FootyMart homepage.

Fill in the correct order form and return it by fax or email.Alternatively contact us on (03) 8341 6061 and we can discuss yourneeds and complete the order.

DELIVERY TIMES

Allow a minimum 4-6 weeks for all on-fi eld products such asguernseys, sublimated shorts and special order footballs.

Allow a minimum of 1-2 weeks for all other products.

Please note that out of stock items may take up to 4 weeks for delivery.

FREIGHT

There is no delivery/freight charge for shorts and socks.

Please refer to the guernsey order form for guernsey delivery chargesas delivery charges vary depending on the supplier.

There is a $10.00 minimum order surcharge on Sherrin football ordersunder $250.00.

Off-fi eld apparel, ancillary products and Victor Sports medical supplieswill be subject to delivery charges depending on the size of the orderand the distance of delivery.

PAYMENT

25% deposit on orders over $500.00 is required within 7 days ofplacing the order (a Tax Invoice will be provided at the time of orderacceptance).

Cheque, EFT, or Credit Card payments are available.

Balance of payment is due from the delivery of goods (tax invoice willbe provided).

All trims used on jumpers and tops are sourced and manufactured locally, as is all fabric required for these garments.
