Construction:  

The ABC is constructed from a non‐woven PAA material, a high water absorbing resin and with a PE backing to prevent fluids escaping from beneath.  

Features: 4 adhesive tabs for secure positioning

To help the relief of patient pain in Post‐Op therapy

Construction:  Inflatable/deflate‐able and reusable flocked bag contains polystyrene balls enabling it to retain its shape when air is removed via the push‐pull valve.   

Applications: The Cough Care Pillow has been designed for assisting post‐op patients, with support for the chest or abdomen areas when coughing or breathing, so helping to relieve pain.   The Pillow is placed around the affected area and air removed to conform to the patient’s body, keeping the area in place and making the patient feel more comfortable.

Compared to manual resuscitators, it has the ability to deliver consistent and reliable hands free resuscitation.  

 Manual resuscitators, such as BVMs, may have adverse effects on patients as a result of inconsistent ventilation and undesired levels of Peak Inspiratory Pressure (PIP). 

The SV2®  ‐ Features 

 Single patient, multi‐use automatic resuscitator 

 Provides ventilation support for both breathing and non‐breathing patients  

 A constant flow, pressure cycled device designed to provide proper tidal volume, airway pressure and respiratory rate. 

 The SV2 automatically adjusts for lung compliance, a key factor in ARDS ( acute respiratory distress syndrome) treatment  

 Gas powered, requires no other power source 

 No maintenance required, single patient device 

 Use with the optional manometer and alarms enhances the clinicians monitoring capabilities 

 Runs on a continuous gas flow rate of 10 to 40 L/min 

 Pressure cycled on inhalation and exhalation (PIP and PEEP) which minimizes the possibility of gas trapping 

Can run with or without entrainment (entrainment will save oxygen consumption)
