In 1963 at the age of 21, our dad started his career as a Dental Technician in
Lincoln, Nebraska. Fueled by his love for the trade, he opened Dental Crafters
in 1989. “Hard work,” he used to tell us, is what will open doors for you.
When Dental Crafters opened its doors as a full-service dental laboratory
twenty-nine years ago, the focus was on the needs of its customers and paying
special attention to the details in the products it made.
Today, with the best employees, we continue with the ideas of hard work, customer
service, attention to detail and versatility that helped grow our company from
the very beginning.
As a full-service laboratory, we offer a full range of restorative products including
crowns, fixed and removable dentures and other unique products in the field of
implant dentistry. Implant Solutions® and Argon Dental USA, our sister companies,
also offer surgical planning, surgical drill guides and K3Pro® Implants, which help
our customers deliver safe and predictable results.
Throughout the catalog we highlight our product manufacturing process
and easy-to-read product comparisons charts. Our goal is to help you make
an informed decision regarding your patient’s needs.
As we look to the future, our family owned companies will continue to
focus on improving the lives of our customers and employees. Through
hard work, customer service, attention to detail and our versatility, we
are committed to dentists and the patients they serve.
Sincerely,
Robert Slominski Brad Slominski

The digitized model is brought into a Computer Aided Design (CAD) program. After the design is created, the file is uploaded into a milling machine which mills the restoration out of a zirconium substructure. Coloring is then applied by hand to the zirconium and heat treated. After the heat treating cycle, porcelain is layered onto the facial surface of the restoration. Applying porcelain to the facial aspect of the zirconia, enhances the beauty of the crown to better color match the shade. A final quality check is then performed on the crown where it is glazed. The finished crown is packaged for delivery.
N.Dura™ HT (High Translucent Zirconia)Our N.Dura™ HT product line gives dentists another option when beauty is of the utmost importance. Due to the high level of translucency, N.Dura™ HT allows more light to pass through than an N.Dura™ restoration. Therefore, it is really important that the stump shade is included on the Rx form.

Cast Frame
Tissue colored Clear
Available Tooth Options:Our cast framework partial is constructed of a chrome cobalt wironium frame with flexible clasps made of metal or a flexible resin material (available in clear or tissue-colored). Wironium is a lightweight, nickel-free alloy considered ‘kinder’ to the natural dentition than most chromes and resistant to plaque buildup. It also maintains a high degree of stability.
Viewed as a more rigid and permanent style of denture, our cast frame partial is an ideal long-term solution for patients. Due to the strength of the Wironium metal framework, repairs will be minimal. Adjustments are effortless and teeth can be added, if required.

Wrought Wire
Our wrought wire partials incorporate a tissue-colored NATURE-CRYL™ acrylic with wire clasps. The device rests comfortably on the tissue, with minimal contact with surrounding teeth. The wrought wire metal clasps provide retention. This type of acrylic partial is extremely beneficial for patients who need a temporary yet esthetically-pleasing option while awaiting an implant or bridge. They are easy to reline, adjust or have additional teeth inserted. Premium

Our dentures are made of NATURE-CRYL™, an acrylic resin specially created for heat curing. The resin material allows for rapid cure cycles and produces strong, durable dentures with an excellent fit. Available in seven gingival shades, they are easy to adjust, reline, or repair.
Adhering to the Swiss dentogenic concepts, the selection of the mold, teeth, denture base, and most importantly, artificial teeth position and color are influenced by the patient’s gender, facial structure, personality and age. To set the anterior teeth, we utilize two precision measuring instruments, the alameter and the papillameter, to ensure that the patient’s smile is as natural as possible. The final result is a prosthesis that is aesthetically pleasing and comfortable, an excellent alternative for a fixed implant restoration.

IST
As a prescribed intraoral device, Dental Crafters’ custom-fit FDA-approved IST Snoring Appliance is designed to help ease snoring and sleep apnea by repositioning the lower jaw by holding the mandible forward during sleep. The two-piece upper and lower arch system is designed to advance the lower jaw forward which increases the airway passage.
Connecting the upper and lower pieces of this mandibular advancement device is a telescoping stainless steel tube component consisting of a tube (upper) and rod (lower). With the IST Snoring Appliance, you are able to open and close your mouth along with the left-to-right jaw movement, all while the determined forward position is maintained.
IST
George Gauge for IST & TAP The IST and TAP requires a special bite to be taken using a George Gauge. Visit us online at www.dentalcrafters.net for more information.
TAP®
The TAP® 3 is an FDA-approved medical device that treats sleep disordered breathing. It alleviates snoring and sleep apnea by holding the mandible forward during sleep to prevent the tongue and soft tissue of the throat from collapsing into the airway.

Implant Solutions®
Co-founded in 2006, Implant Solutions® is a leader in CT guided implant
dentistry, processing over 30,000 surgical guide sites.
Guided Surgery Process
Our qualified Implant Solutions® team works with you to precisely plan your patient’s dental implants using state-of-the-art software. The software provides a 360o view of the patient’s bone morphology, allowing easy identification of the optimal implant position and precise implant placement for predictable results.
Once we have completed planning the case together, you will receive a surgical guide and an electronic copy of the surgical plan. The plan is also viewable on an iPad. To download the iPad app, visit Apple’s iTunes store and search for coDiagnostiX™.
A surgical guide helps you perform implant surgery in an efficient, precise and safe manner with predictable results.
The Process
Implant Solutions® is your complete solution for CT guided dental implants and customized surgical guides. This 5 step process includes taking an impression, CT scan, treatment proposal, signature approval and surgical guide fabrication.

Surgical Guide Options
Surgical Guide Options
After your treatment plan is complete, Implant Solutions® fabricates a custom made surgical guide. Designed to help you perform implant surgery in an efficient, precise and safe manner with predictable results, our guided surgery process also helps you achieve unmatched aesthetic results as we take into account the final restoration during the implant planning process.
Implant Solutions® offers three types of surgical guides to meet your surgical implant needs:
• Tooth Supported Surgical Guide Recommended for single tooth or partially edentulous cases, the tooth supported guide is placed directly onto the teeth.
• Mucosa Supported Surgical Guide Ideal for fully edentulous cases with minimal invasive surgery, the mucosa guide is positioned on the soft tissue.
• Bone Supported Surgical Guide Suitable for partial or fully edentulous cases, the bone supported guide is placed on the jawbone. This surgical guide requires sufficient bone surface support for effective and safe surgical guide positioning.
The surgical guides are made of FDA approved bio-compatible 3D printing material.
Custom Tissue Former
The Process
The CTF contours the tissue around anatomically shaped titanium, providing unmatched aesthetic results in the final restoration. Implant Solutions® CTF will also minimize tissue blanching during the final restoration seating appointment, making for a more comfortable patient experience.
We import a coDiagnostiX™ plan into a Computer Aided Design (CAD) program that allows us to create a Custom Tissue Former (CTF) based on the integrated bone, tissue and planned restoration. Once complete, the file is sent to the milling machine, where it is milled out of titanium. A final quality check is performed on the CTF and packaged for delivery.

Experience the Argon Advantage…
The Argon K3Pro® implant line brings unique features like the
1.5˚ morse taper connection between the implant and abutment. This connection
nurtures an environment, promoting healthy bone growth and long term bone
maintenance around the implant. Combining the morse taper connection with
self-tapping threads and an OsteoActive® surface, puts K3Pro® in a class by itself.
Argon takes great pride in engineering, manufacturing and packaging
all of its products. Known for our German quality and design,
we maintain some of the highest standards in the industry.
Argon products are available and supported in North
America through Argon Dental USA.

K3Pro® Implant SystemsThe K3Pro® implant system has a unique conical pressfit connection. The K3Pro® implant system connects the implant and the abutment with a 1.5° (total 3°) Morse taper, this gives an optimal load displacement from the abutment to the implant.
The Morse 1.5° taper connection also offers a bacterial seal which is free from micro-movement and micro-gaps. This results in an implant that maintains bone height, tissue health and long term stability.
Under load conditions of 200 Ncm, independent x-ray analysis testing showed that there was no movement of the abutment in the implant, thus no micro-gap. The abutment and implant are so tight that it creates a bacterial seal between the two.

Example of surface analysis testing.
To ensure the highest quality, Argon Dental handles all stages of implant manufacturing from engineering to packaging. Their components are held to a high standard and are independently tested.
Argon’s quality assurance program tests each lot, conducting a surface analysis for impurities, unlike other implant manufacturers who only test a part of their lots.

Measure primary implant stability and osseointegration with PenguinRFA.
When the MulTipeg™ is attached to an implant, the MulTipeg™ vibrates. The frequency of the vibration is picked up by the PenguinRFA instrument and translated into an Implant Stability
Quotient (ISQ) scale value between 1 and 99. The higher the ISQ value, the better the stability.
RFA is a method used to determine implant stability in dental implants which can help reduce patient treatment time and manage risky patients.
For a complete list of all the available implant systems, call 1.844.484.4998.

Dr. Berglin - Rochester, MN
Two years ago, I was in Marshfield and toured the Dental Crafter’s facility. I was ‘blown away’ by the advanced technology and cutting edge equipment I witnessed on site. Brad and Bob have made an investment in order to offer
their Doctors, the latest, most superior laboratory products. They’ve also extended their commitment into offering state of the art educational programs for their Doctors, prospective clients, and their staff. It’s refreshing to note,
that in this day and age of cost consciousness, Dental Crafters makes their products affordable, while not sacrificing quality. ‘You get what you pay for’ holds exceptionally true.
Additionally, Dental Crafters places a high priority on establishing long term relationships with their Doctors. They are more than just a ‘working order’… THEY ARE FRIENDS!
