ALL WAFFLEPRODUCTS ARELATEX AND DEHP FREE

Orders: All orders are subject to final acceptance by EHOB, Inc.

Standard Items: Standard items are shipped in full cases. WAFFLEbrand items and retail packaged items are shipped the second dayfollowing receipt of order. Special orders and DermaCare brand itemsare shipped up to 4 weeks following order. Please contact our cus-tomer service department for exact delivery dates for all shipments.

Special or Custom Orders: Special or custom orders are noncance-lable and nonreturnable. Orders in less than case quantities are sub-ject to a 20% repackaging charge. Drop ship requests are subject toa 20% charge.

Terms: Net 30 days with approved credit application on file. Prepaidand credit card orders are accepted as well.

Freight: F.O.B. Origin

Returns: Returned merchandise will be accepted only with a Re-turned Goods Authorization (RGA) number from EHOB customerservice. Returns for credit or exchanges on WAFFLE products mustbe made within 90 days from invoice date and are subject to a 20%minimum restocking charge. Returns for credit and exchanges onDermaCare foam products must be made within 30 days from invoicedate. The RGA number must by clearly marked on the exterior of thecontainer or the shipment may be refused. The merchandise mustbe unopened, undamaged, in saleable condition and must be in fullcase quantities. Custom and special order items can not be returned.

Warranty: All EHOB products are backed by a limited warranty thatvaries in duration depending on the product. Products found defec-tive in workmanship or materials will be replaced provided failure isnot the result of abuse or misuse, alteration or modification, and oc-curred within the specified warranty period. Tampering with productvoids warranty; Example: glue or any unauthorized patching device.Please contact our customer service department for full details. Prod-uct warranties are in lieu of warranties for merchantability, fitness fora particular purpose and all other warranties expressed or implied.

Air-Filled Leg Straps - Air-filled straps offerpressure ulcer prevention as well as patientcomfort across the top of the leg and foot.

Air-Filled Pillow Pad - Adjustable air-filledpad across the bottom of the foot accommo-dates multiple foot widths and allows for vi-sual foot inspections without removing theentire product.

Air-Filled Foot Strap - Air-filled foot strapand the newly modified ankle section pre-vents shifting of the foot within the product.
