FOS: FOS are carbohydrates that are naturally present in fruit and vegetables and that regulate the presence of a number of intestinal bacteria, such as bifidobacteria and lactobacteria, providing an ideal support for the absorption of food. This mechanism is essential, above all, in the case of intestinal bacterial overgrowth, which are common during the puppy growth phase.

Oregano (Origanum vulgare): the titrated and standardised essential oil of this plant complex is characterised by a high phenol content. Carvacrol has a potent anti-mycotic, antioxidant and bactericidal action, and thymol boasts antiseptic, antispasmodic and anti-parasitic properties.

Rose hips (Rosa canina): the titrated and standardised rose hips extract is a precious source of vitamin C (it contains 50-100 times the content of citrus fruits). Vitamin C is present in high doses in order to compensate the excessive loss of this substance during fevers and diarrhoea. It acts as an intracellular transporter, thereby increasing the bioavailability of the main active substances and it has a protective action on the vascular system, consequently stimulating the immune system. Psyllium seed husk (from Plantago psyllium): the titrated and standardised extract contains mucilages, natural heteropolisaccharide WBC and polysaccharides, to constitute an important source of soluble fibre. Dried dandelion root extract (Taraxacum officinale): has a diuretic action with purifying effects and is useful in the treatment of fluid retention, as it helps to eliminate excess liquids.
