Scope

• Provide suggestion and inputs to the existing NCS BMS process in 2 areas:– Suggestion and inputs in the area of completeness and

also details– Suggestions on the “mandatory” and “optional” tasks

with the objective of enabling smaller projects to adopt the standard BMS process without crippling the team with too much additional load.
