Process of Payment of “Application Cost” for Vacational Training in BHEL - Jhansi

Please read the instructions very carefully.

1. Those applying for Vacational Training in JHANSI (Uttar Pradesh) unit of BHEL should use this gateway.Application Cost of Rs. 118.00 is NON-REFUNDABLE. Hence application cost once paid SHALL not berefunded.

2. This gateway should be used for applying for Vacational Training. After submitting application cost, Fee forVacational Training should not be paid through this gateway.

3. E payment of application cost does not guarantee confirmation of vacational training in BHEL Jhansi.

Go to “State Bank Collect” using link https://www.onlinesbi.com

Choose SBI Collect - Classic Version

Following Screen will appear:-

Tick the check box & then proceed

Following Screen will appear:-

Select State “Uttar Pradesh” from drop down menu

Select Type of Corporate “Industry” from drop down menu, & then click “Go”

Following Screen will appear:-

Select Industry Name“Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd” from drop down menu, & then click “Submit”

Then on next Screen, Select Payment Category “Application Fee VacationalTraining BHEL Jhansi” from drop down menu, Form will appear in next screen

Form will be as below:-

Enter name of candidateEnter Name of FatherEnter Mobile No.

Enter details of College/InstituteEnter Course Name & Branch Just add space & sign here on the print out

Leave it blank.For use by BHEL HRDC.

The Name below, Date of birth and mobile no. is required to re-print the Receipt from payment history, if not generated after payment.

After filling the form, submit it, next screen will appear.

After submitting, a confirmation screen will appear. Please verify the details and thenconfirm the same as below:-

After confirm the details, payment options will appear as below:-

Multiple payment option will appear. Payment can be made through Internet banking of SBI or any other bank, through Credit Card or SBI Buddy wallet. At present payment through debit card has been disabled by Bank.

After successful payment, a 10 digit Alpha numeric code will be generated, normallycalled as “DU” reference no. of Bank. Sample bank ref. no. will be “DU66934677”.The generated receipt would be as below:-

Take the print out of the receipt, sign it and submit it to “HRD Centre, BHEL, Jhansi – 284120”

Process of Regeneration of Receipt

Go to “State Bank Collect” & select Payment History using link below:-

https://www.onlinesbi.com/prelogin/suvidhapaymenthistory.htm

Do not select “Reprint Remittance Form”

Enter date of birth & mobile no. as you have entered in Reprint Receipt details of form at the end.

Enter DU ref. no. if known & date of birth/mobile no. as you have entered in Reprint Receipt details of form at the end.

Choose any of above options and regenerate receipt if payment deducted from account. Wait for one or two working days for regenerating receipt.
