The Crow and the PitcherOnedayaverythirstyCrowsawapitcherthatwashalffullofclear,coolwater.TheCrowtriedtotakeadrink,buthisbeakwasn’tlongenoughtoreachthewaterhalfwaydown.TheCrowtriedandtriedandwasabouttogiveupwhenhetookamomenttothink.Helookedaroundandhadanideaforawaytosolvetheproblem.Hefoundsomelittlepebblesandonebyone,begandroppingthemintothepitcher.Witheachpebble,thewaterrosehigherandhigheruntilfinallytheproblemwassolved:thewaterwashighenoughtoreachthetopofthepitcher.AndthenthehappyCrowdrankthewater!
