Respected Madam, ‘Concrescence-Coalescencia de cerebritos’ is a student organization working under the aegis of Division of Student Affairs. ‘Concrescence’ concentrates in the field of Academics and Education. It strives to enhance the knowledge and awareness of the students in every field of knowledge and aims to provide the pedestal to swank creativity, a stage to express ideas and a billet to gauge logical, team and leadership skills. In the past, Concrescence has conducted successful events, like, The Stiffness Factor, Interaction, Enigma hunt, The Drill – Phase 1. We are very positive that that this event, Drill – Phase2&3, will prove to be academically and professionally beneficial to both, the students as well as the placement department of Civil Engineering. Proposal Detail

1.1. Name of Proposed activity: THE DRILL – Phase 2 &3 (Technical Test and HR Round)

1.2. Type of Activity Co-Curricular.

1.3. Proposed Date: - 21th April 2014

1.4. Introduction of Proposing Team: Concrescence members. (List attached)

1.5. Mission and Objectives: To Improve Technical Knowledge and Communication Skills of students by introducing them to the real placement questions and the standards. The results will help students to understand their strengths and weaknesses and will be forwarded to placement department of Civil Engineering.

1.6. Expected number of participants: 1501.7. Eligibility criteria of participants: Participant must be a student of LPU.

1.8. Schedule :- 21th April 2014 – 17:00-18:00 hours.

1.9. Rules associated with the activities:

i. There will be 30 multiple choice questions.ii. Duration of the test will be 45 minutes.iii. Each question will carry marking of (+3,-1).iv. 3 sets will be developed for each year of Civil Department with same questions but

serial number will be shuffled.v. The winners of the test will be awarded trophies and certificates.
