foundation are ready for the home installation, you make just one call to Nationwide. Our

transportation staff handles the scheduling to insure that your home gets there when you need it.

Our transportation team also applies for all state permits and manages

the routing so that your home is transported correctly and complies with all county, city or federal laws.

’All homes built by Nationwide are delivered to the jobsite on

transporters that are specially designed to make the ride an easy one. These transporters lessen the stress of traveling sometimes many hundreds of miles.

We build your home and deliver it too. We take the responsibility of

delivering your home in the same good condition that it left the building facility.

We take pride in delivering your home safely and paying attention to safety on the jobsite.

We analyze the job site and advise you of the best crane location for staging and lifting your home. Our set teams have been involved in literally thousands of home sets. Their keen eyes and judgment are just part of the installation package. No extra charge.

Before the first home section is lifted, we measure your foundation and

check to see that it is square and level. Then advise you if any adjustments are needed for the “best fit.”

Home units weighing 16 to 30 tons swing in the air from a crane – and each section

is completely “rigged” with Nationwide’s proprietary cable systems for ease, speed and safety. It helps us all breathe a little easier.

We set homes everyday. Your crane operator doesn’t. So we

supervise and coordinate with the operator for a safe and sure fit installation of every section of your home.

We work closely with your on-site building crew to insure correct

installation of your home. Rest assured that site built components such as the dormers and gables are built and installed to pre-engineered requirements for your home.

’After the certified installation is completed, an inspection report is created with any concerns noted and presented to Nationwide. This

means we are always improving to make your next home and your next installation even better than the last.

The Nationwide crew will remove any transporters before leaving. Our builders don’t

have clutter or safety issues with carriers on their jobsites.
