    We offer a fixed price menu that includes an appetizer or soup or salad and an entre andbeverage at a cost of $9.95 plus tax.

    You may also order a la carte with the appetizers, soups and salads at $4.25 each, entrees at$6.95 each and beverages at $1.50. Desserts are an additional $3.00 with either menu choice.

    AppetizersEmpanadas flaky pastry stuffed with assorted savory fillings served with a dipping sauce.

    Southwest Egg Rollsseasoned chicken, black beans, corn, and cheese fried in a flour tortilla.

    Antipasto Skewersa unique twist on a classic antipasto.

    Asparagus & Brie Canapcreamy brie and fresh asparagus atop a savory shortbread base.

    Salads

    Ecuadorian Beet Saladpotato and beet salad served over rice.

    Wild Rice Salad brown andwild rice, pecans and cranberries tossed in raspberry vinaigrette.

    South Pacific Fruit Salad

    tropical fruit with sweet lime dressing, hazelnuts and chocolate.

    Causa Rellena - Peruvian potato and bound meat salad. Served with assorted dressings.

    grilled chicken breast with fresh vegetables and pasta in Mornaysauce.

    Peppered Pork Saut pork loin sauted with garlic and red bell pepper then glazed withhoney.

    Feta and Dill Salmon Salmon on a bed of fennel and dill, topped with feta cheese

    BBQ Beefslow roasted beef served with a sweet and tangy BBQ sauce.

    Vegetarian PaellaSpring vegetables cooked to perfection and served with saffron rice.

    BeveragesNow serving a fine selection of coffee and tea from Batdorf & Bronson Coffee Roasters.

    Milk - Chocolate, White, 2 % Soda - Cold and refreshing.

    DessertWe offer a daily selection of freshly made desserts by the students in the Baking and PastryArts Program.Please check with our wait staff for todays temptations.

    ThePercival Dining Room is the instructional facility for the students enrolled in the Culinary

    Arts and Baking and Pastry Arts programs. We are located on the campus of South Puget SoundCommunity College, Building 27. Except for special circumstances, we are open from 11:00a.m. to 12:30 p.m. every Monday through Thursday during regularly scheduled class days. Foryour convenience, you may obtain updated weekly operational information and make yourreservations by calling 360.596.5404 or campus extension 5404. Free Parking Passes areavailable.
