2. Commander's Assessment. 2015 was a great year for PMO and business remained steady. PMO faced manning shortfalls on both the military and civilian sectors. The command made changes to our own operating system; Priority Requisition Information Management Enterprise or PRIME (formerly called Integrated Supply Information System or ISIS) to help improve efficiency and effectiveness which benefited not only PMO but the warfighters as well. The changes we made to our operating system helped streamline requisitions to the supply system faster and will minimize human error.

Subj : COMMAND OPERATIONS REPORT (OPNAV SYMBOL 5750-1}

PMO received a new Commanding Officer in October 2015, and leadership is heavily focused on customer service, material condition, and innovation. As the military's f ootprint continues to expand throughout t he world, we are continuing to look at our strategic and tactical policies in order to ensure we have the right individuals in the right locations in order to continue providing logistical support to the warfighter. Entering 2016, the command environment remains higher than it has been in several years and the PMO family is extremely focused on maintaining its superior reputation and is always looking for ways to improve . PMO is looking forward to another great year of expediting material across the globe.
