ACTIVITIES
Clogging Clogging is suitable for all ages and is a great way to exercise and have fun at the same time. All types of music are used: country, rock, pop, swing, blue grass, irish and more. The only requirement is to have the proper taps on your shoes. There is a small weekly charge for classes. Classes are held every Monday evening from September to April.
Resistance Band Exercise Group The resistance program works all muscles in the body, using a resistance band to better manage and improve your health. Keeping your muscles active and healthy through regular resistance training will maintain or increase lean muscle mass. This is a self directed hour long class. Weekly charge of $1.00 for members or $2.00 for non-members. Classes run from October 15 to last Monday in April.
Euforia! Latin Aerobics classes with traditional Latin and Peruvian dancing. More useful than Zumba. Guido will teach you effective dance steps that you can take outside the class. 60 minute classes starting October 17th from 10 am to 11 am.
