    Principles of organization1. Principle of unity of objectives : Organizational goals, departmental goals, and individual goalsmust be clearly defned. All goals and objectives must have uni ormity. When there is contradiction

When an employee ta&es special type o &no%ledgeand s&ill in any area, it is &no%n as specialization. 'odern business organization needs thespecialization, s&ill and &no%ledge by this desired sector o economy and thus, e(ciency %ould beestablished.

    ). Principle of coordination : *n an organization many e+uipment, tools are used. oordination canbe obtained by group e ort that emphasize on unity o action. "here ore, coordination acilitates inseveral management concepts

Principle of authority : Authority is the &ind o right and po%er through %hich it guides anddirects the actions o others so that the organizational goals can be achieved. *t is also related %ithdecision ma&ing. *t is vested in particular position, not to the person because authority is given by aninstitution and there ore it is legal. *t generally o%s rom higher level to lo%est level omanagement.     5. Principle of unity of command : subordinates should receive orders rom single superior at atime and all subordinates should be accountable to that superior. 'ore superior leads to con usion,delay and so on.

    6. Principle of span of control : unlimited subordinates cant be supervised by manager, thisprinciple thus helps to determine numerical limit i subordinates to be supervised by a manager."his improves e(ciency.
