Onboard the Princess Caroline, this is just one of our specialities.

It looks pretty doesnʼt it and we can tell you, we have seen it demolished into just pieces in under one hour between 90/100 guests.

Locally bought produce straight from farmers markets, fresh crudites and fruits, alongside traditional crackers make this one cake you will want to go back and back for a piece.

Whatʼs more itʼs a cake you can have your way if you have favourite cheeses or items, the Princess Caroline will endeavor to source from their suppliers to meet your every need. YOUR DAY the Princess Caroline way.

We can provide food for a range of budgets, expertly cooked onboard by our AWARD winning chef.

If you wanted a drinks reception with canapes, a finger buffet, a hot’n’cold buffet, afternoon tea or more formal dining 2/3 course sit down plated or silver service. We have menus available to discuss your every need. If there is a specific drink you require, we get that.

The only thing we don’t do IS EAT IT FOR YOU.

Two fully stocked licensed bars with a wide range of spirits beers and mixers. An exclusively selected winelist will give your guests CHOICE. If you have favourites just ask in advance, shots, punch, Pimms, sparkling and Champagnes, we have it AND if we donʼt Weʼll get it JUST FOR YOU. Cash or tab - the choice is yours.

Hampshire■ Exit the M27 at Junction 3 and join the

M271 towards Southampton.■ At the end of the M271, take the 1st exit

from the roundabout.■ Follow signs for Waterside and Dock

Gate 4 until you see signs for Ocean Village.

■ On entering Ocean Village, drive past the Tesco Express.

■ Take the next left at the Blue Funnel portacabin, and enter the car park on the left.

■ The gate leading to the berth is in the far corner of the car park (in front of the Harbour Lights Cinema).
