    old as three decades & reveal progress in the global

    health. However many are still not benefited &

    achieved as expected due to certain problems. The

    development of global millennium strategies, 2000

    AD has taken the challenges to overcome the

    difficulties & achieve the goal by 2015 through global

    effort. The nursing services are very essence to

    PHC. ICN (2008) advocates greater nursing

    involvement as it is the key strategy to achieve the

    health of the world people.
