Recent Accomplishments

• Revision of IEEE STD 1293, “Standard Specification Format Guide and Test Procedure for Linear, Single-Axis, Nongyroscopic Accelerometers,” is nearing completion

• Progress continues on IEEE STD 1780, “Draft Standard for the Specification of Inertial Measurement Units (IMUs)”

• Corrigenda for IEEE STD 952, “Standard Specification Format Guide and Test Procedure for Single-Axis Interferometric Fiber Optic Gyros” is complete and the balloting process will be initiated
