MASS EXERCISE
All P1 and P2 pupils
Every Wednesday, 7.30 am to 8.00 am
Key objective: Adopt right attitude towards exercise and healthy diet
• MORE AND MORE OF OUR YOUNG PEOPLE ARE OBESE.
• More and more of our young
people diagnose with diabetes.
Health Tip #3
After dinner time, if your child is still
feeling hungry, give him/her a glass
of plain water or a serving of fruit.
Big Misconception
My kid is growing, so they need more
carbohydrates in their diet to ensure
that they will grow tall
and strong.
Excess carbohydrates become fats in the body. If it
is not ‘burn’ through exercising. This will lead to
weight increase and obesity.
Let’s work together, school and parents,
to bring about a meaningful and fruitful
learning experience for the pupils.
