4. DELIVERY TIME

The firm delivery time will be figured out after thecompletion of  ACS (Application Check Sheet).

5. I:VOICE TERMS

Partial payment should be made with following terms:

‐ 30% of  the total offered price after Application Check Sheet (ACS) approved by Cvx.

‐ 40% of  the total offered price after Factory Acceptance Test (FAT).

‐ 15% of  the total offered price after material submission at the delivery point.

‐ 15% of  the total offered price after Start‐up and Commissioning performed.
