General Information

Sales TaxResidents in states with a sales tax must provide a state tax exempt certificate or be subject to applicable sales tax. Non-residents shipping to or picking up orders in these states are also subject to applicable taxes. Please contact our Finance Department if you have questions about taxes.

Order FulfillmentYou can expect to receive your order within 10 days of the date the order was placed. Any products temporarily out of stock will be back ordered and shipped to you as soon as they become available. If you do not want materials placed on back order, please indicate this when you place your order. Not available for online orders.

ShippingShipping is FOB from Wauconda, Illinois. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges.

FedEx is our preferred shipper, and most orders will be shipped via FedEx unless it is not practical.

International ShippingAny and all applicable taxes and duty charges are paid by the recipient of the package. Shipping alternatives vary by country. Call or email for details. Freight quotes are provided upon request.

Return PolicyAll materials returned for a refund must be returned in new condition. Shipment discrepancies must be communicated to Client Services within 10 days of receipt of shipment. All product returns must include a Return Authorization (RA) form. Please contact Client Services to obtain the RA form. Shipments returned as a result of defect or an error by ASHI will be returned at our expense. All other returns are at the customer’s expense. Defective printed materials or products may be exchanged at no charge for up to 60 days. Defective manikins or products are subject to replacement under the manufacturer’s warranty. No returns are accepted after 60 days.

Returns of manikins, AEDs or AED accessories, or LOOP Learning Systems will not be allowed unless those products are in new, unopened condition and in the original packaging.

All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Orders paid by bank wire transfer will be assessed a $50 processing fee. The bank wire transfer fee will be clearly identified on the invoice.
