Traditional Spa Stay This spa stay is aimed at the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis and musculoskeletal system with recommended length of stay 2 - 3 weeks.

notesInitial medical examination – complex medical examination incorporated into packages of medical spa stays, orien-ted towards exact needs of guests, prescription of therapeutic plan and prescription of healing treatments.

Initial medical consultation with doc-tor is specified only for the confirma-tion of health indication of the offered relaxation package. In case of health contraindication of some treatment, the doctor pre-scribes the adequate appropriate set of more considerate treatments.

Medical check-up – assessment of treatment progress by doctor, in case of need for adjustment of prescribed therapeutic treatments. Check-up examination is once a week in case of medical spa stays longer than two weeks. Additional examinations can be arranged individually at surcharge.

Final medical examination – evalu-ation of results of medical spa stay, evolvement of written report with further therapeutic regime; based on the guest’s wish in Slovak, German or English language.

Diagnostics and laboratory tests – basic laboratory tests, basic examina-tion of urine, glycaemia – blood sugar, uric acid, cholesterol in total, HDL, LDL, hepatic tests (AST, ALT, GMT, bilirubin), blood count, FW – sedimen-tation, ECG.

Examinations, diagnostics and healing treatments not listed in the package descriptions and prescribed medication need to be purchased according to the valid pricelist. Diagnostics and laboratory tests are performed only on working days.

Guests accommodated in Pro Patria, Jalta and Villa Berlin do not have guaranteed entrance to swimming pool).

The first meal of all spa stays included in this pricelist is a dinner.

Health Spa Piešťany reserves the right to set closing dates and to communicate them in timely manner. Confirmed reservations will be automatically moved to hotel of the same or higher category without surcharge.

Prices are subject to change.

Prices include VAT (0% for packages, 20% for B&B). Prices may be adjusted in case of change of valid legislative provisions and rules by the VAT rate specified by law.

Local tax for accommodation is not included in the price of stay. Hotel will request payment of the amount specified by law upon the client’s arrival.

TransfersHealth Spa Piešťany Inc. offers direct transfers from/ to airports, railway or bus stations and other locations in Slovakia and neighboring countries. Transfer rates are available upon request.

Payment conditionsA full prepayment of the reserved services must be received on the bank account of Health Spa Piestany Inc. latest 14 days prior to guest’s arrival. Bank fees and charges must be covered by the client. Reservations received up to 14 days prior arrival must be guaranteed by a valid credit card and can be can-celled free of charge until 48 hours prior arrival, 6.00pm (not valid for group bookings and spa stays exceeding 6 nights).If the full payment is not received before arrival, Health Spa Piešťany Inc. reserves the rights to cancel the reser-vation.

Cancellation policyHealth Spa Piestany Inc. only accepts cancellation in writing. A cancellation free of charge is accepted up to 21 days prior the planned arrival. Unless otherwise agreed, Health Spa Piešťany Inc. reserves the right to charge a late cancellation fee as follows:

No financial reimbursement is provided for unused reserved services and changes to reserved services during the client’s stay (e.g. accommodation, boarding, treatments).In case of early departure Health Spa Piešťany Inc. will charge a cancellation fee in the amount of 50% of unused reserved services.
