structure & electrical consultants). Steel structure drg. shall be given by
vendor for approval by structral consultants giving wind pressure, bending
moment etc. with proper drawings.

3.1.1 Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Outdoor type 8/8MVA,
66 KV/11KV, 50 cycle 3 phase delta/star, Oil filled ONAF, double copper
wound TRANSFORMER including automatic and manual On Load Tap
Changer with RTCC and AVR, including all standard fittings, accessories
and instruments complete as per specifications and as required.
Transformer shall be provided with Open Air Bushing with Arching Horn
on 66 KV suitable for Leopard conductor and 11KV side cable box with
alm. gland plate for 2 x 1c x 400sqmm alm armoured XLPE (UE) cable .
The transformer shall have 20% voltage variation 16 steps with 4 taps on
plus side & balance on minus side. The temp. rise shall be 400
in oil 500

The transformer shall have magnetic oil level guage with trip & alarm
contacts, air cell conservator, surge relay with trip & alarm contacts,
buckholz double float relay, winding temp. meter with trip & alarm
contacts, oil temp. meter with trip & alarm contacts. The transformer losses
shall be 10KW for NO Load (max. guaranteed), 60KW for Load Losses
(max. guaranteed) and 2KW auxiliary losses for 8MVA rating during
ONAF condition. This shall have neutral CT on LV star side with 2 neutral
CT's ratio 200/1 PS class /5P20. The transformer will have alm. gland plate
on 11KV side for terminating single core 11KV (UE) cables. This
installation shall include all supply, installation and termination of control
cables between transformer OLTC & RTCC along with incoming cable for
OLTC, lighting inside the marshalling box.

3.1.2 Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 11 KV indoor cubicle
type neutral isolator cum NGR as per IEEE norms the specification
enclosed and shall be rated for 47ohms, 140A for 30 sec. with suitable
space for 11KV (UE) cable terminations. The NGR panel shall include 1
no. 400A load isolator, 1 no. temp. meter to indicate enclosure temp., 1 no.
CT, 1 no. earth fault relay, NGR manufactured out of stainless steel
punched grid with overall temp. limit of 375 deg. The load isolator and
earth fault relay shall be wired upto relay control panel for remote
monitoring.

3.2 STATION TRANSFORMER
Supply, unloading, placing, erection on foundation, testing and
commissioning of 100KVA oil filled, 11KV/415V, copper wound outdoor
type, weather proof type transformer (impedence 4%-5%) with bushing /
terminal on HT & LT side and with +5% to -10% tap on HT side. HT side
will have bushing and LT side will have cable box. This shall have oil
temperature guage along with all safeties.

of manual closing. Incomer feeder shall be suitable to terminate
2X1cX400sq.mm cable per phase.
- 3nos CT 600/1+1+1+1+1 amps (PS class/PS class/5P20/0.2/PS class)
20VA burden CT with 0.2 accuracy,PS class for differential ,PS class for
REF,5P20 for over current and earth fault ,5P20 protection class for
metering, one no PS class as spare .
- 1 No. 3 phase 11KV / √3 /110V/√3/110V/√3 drawout PT with 100VA
burden and class 0.2/3P accuracy.This shall be suitable for resistively
earthed system & PT shall with duty cycle of 1.9 times for 30sec.
