Develop mobile phone application for young people to consult their problems (STDs) with professional medical staffs.

81% of the population live in rural areas[1].In 2007, 40% of RHAC patients were affected with STDs [2].Unawareness of sanitation and inadequate access to careSocial and cultural barriers (Embarrassment of talking about STD)

OUR PARTNERSSMART:• provides the mobile phone service in Cambodia.• is the third largest mobile in Cambodia, 850,000 subscribes in 2011 [3].• offers us free of charge SMS communication between a mobile client-based application and server.

OUR PARTNERS (cont.)RHAC (Reproductive Health Associated of Cambodia):• is a non-government organization which focuses on reproduction health in Cambodia.• was admitted as the Cambodian member of the International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF) [4].• has provided the symptoms of STD, as well as medical advice regarding the design of the applications.
