His expertise includes environmental assessments, hazardous waste screening, soil and groundwater investigation, remedial design, cost recovery, regulatory compliance, litigation support, and expert testimony. Mr. Mehta has directed multi-location site assessments, site investigations and remedial activities, and has successfully assisted clients in negotiations with the regulatory agencies. He was a member of the BernardsTownship Environmental Commission between 1995 and 2000, and is an active member of the American Society of Highway Engineers (ASHE).
