Scope of Inspection: An API 510 In-service external visual inspection was performed on 01/13/2021. Equipment Access: Ground and decks. Accessed on 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor of No. 5 FL structure. Summary of Results: An API 510 In-service External Visual inspection was performed on 50-2024 and accessible components. The Carbon-Steel vessel showed no signs of bulges or blisters noted at the time of inspection. Flange leak noted on southside near top head (Reported to client immediately) Housekeeping (Combustible debris and trash) noted on and around vessel. Damaged insulation, broken insulation bands, and missing inspection plugs noted. There were no other findings that would render the tank unfit for continued service at time of inspection. Description: Carbon-Steel. (U1A) Outside Diameter 18’-6”, Over All Height 46’-9” (DRW) Corrosion Allowance 0.375” (U1A) Design pressure: 30 PSIG with Full Vacuum. (U1A) Built in 1993. (U1A)
