Museums and Cultural Affairs Department Announces
Mandatory Workshops for Cultural Funding Applicants
The City of El Paso Museums and Cultural Affairs Department (MCAD)announces applicant assistance workshops for the fiscal year 2013 cultural
funding cycle (September 1, 2012 through August 15, 2013). Since 2006,MCAD has awarded over $2 million to local artists and arts organizations for programs, services and works. In order to provide more community access,workshops are being held throughout El Paso for the first time.
Attending one applicant assistance workshop is mandatory for all applicants.All applicants are advised to review program categories, guidelines andworkshop locations in the cultural funding section of www.elpasoartsandculture.org. All applications are due April 16.
