The USP of AMC has always been the 24 x7 help offered to anyone who has a medico legal problem.

With the increase in Medico-legal issues faced by us doctors, AMC is hosting an exclusive high powered conference on burning Medico-legal issues.

We begin the conference with Adv Rohit Puri who will discuss cases where doctors have been held guilty for non compliance of labour laws.

Hon'ble Justice A P Bhangale- the current President of the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission will discuss the effects on healthcare after bringing doctors under the Consumer Protection Act. Hon'ble Justice Satyaranjan C. Dharmadhikari of the Bombay High Court, our Chief Guest, will deliver the Keynote Address.

Arrest is feared by & dreaded by every medical practitioner. A capsule with Adv Shrirish Gupte, Dr Shailesh Mohite & Adv Satrupa Banerjee will discuss the arrest of doctor, the expert committee and the rights of doctors.

Adv Rui Rodriguez and Dr Lalit Kapoor will discuss whether to litigate and fight or have a "Mandavli”

Sexual harassment at workplace and POCSO will be explained to us by none other than MAJLIS lawyers & Sr PI Shrikaant Padule will give us simple take home messages.

To end the conference, we have a consent workshop followed by the panel

discussion….. The A to Z of ML liabilities for doctors. This will include everything

you wanted to know, but didn't know whom to ask.

We have ensured that there is ample time to answer queries and encourage

audience participation.
