July 2020: Dear Friends, Parents, and Alumni of PJPII: Pope John Paul II Regional Catholic Elementary School will host its Ninth Annual Scholarship Fund Golf Outing on Tuesday, October 20th at Ron Jaworski’s Downingtown Country Club. Last year, we raised over $24,000 to help families with tuition assistance. Please note this event was originally scheduled for May 12. This is a reminder that the date of this golf outing may be adjusted due to any changes made to our position in the green phase. Please know that any donation or sponsorship made will be saved and used for this event. We know just how challenging these times are for everyone. After COVID-19 forced us to close our schools in March, our teachers began providing virtual instruction. Fundraising activities and supplemental sources of revenue, however, came to a halt. That is why during these challenging times we rely on your continued support. Enclosed is a brochure highlighting all of the day’s activities and various sponsorship and advertising opportunities. A wonderful morning of golf, followed by a casual lunch, is a great opportunity to socialize with friends and clients, while supporting a great cause. Donations for our prize table and golfer goody bags will gladly be accepted. All donations made are tax deductible in accordance with applicable laws.
