We love our home - we don’t want to leave - but it’s time for another family to enjoy what we have enjoyed over the last 25 years. This is a great place for a family with kids. The pool is a natural attraction for the family. We’ve spent countless hours watching our kids, and now, our grandchildren, perfect their aquatic skills during the summer months. This is a very safe and quiet neighbourhood and school buses stop right on our street so there is no worry about traffic or having to cross busy streets.

You can see the lake from the front door. Stone Lane is directly across the street and provides a beautiful 2-minute walk to Chancery Promenade and Carrington Promenade on Lake Ontario. It’s very relaxing and peaceful to sit in the sun and watch boats and wildlife coming and going.
