Energy Drinks Potential Impact on learning

•Due to energy drinks, students sleep six to seven hours per night, even though they actually need at least nine hours. •Students develop insomnia and do not allow their brain to rest, which makes it more difficult for them to think clearly. •When the effect of the energy wears off and the sugar level drops, it affects students engagement. •Having this high energy disappear can cause students to collapse.
