Models EDT152 and EDT302 are electromagnets for hidden mounting. They are used insituation where a built in installation is required. This condition makes the elctromagnetpractically invisible with the door closed.The holding force is 150Kg (EDT152) and 300Kg (EDT302) and can be powered at 12Vdcor 24Vdc, setting the voltage directly on the circuit.Models EDT152_001 and EDT302_001 are equipped with relay status sensor.The status sensor allows to discriminate the keeper plate position, whether it is attachedor not to the electromagnet when it is powered.All electrical connections are made directly on the exposed wires/terminal.

Model EDT35W (waterproof) is an electromagnet suitable for outdoor installation. Model EDTK22 is an electromagnet “shear lock” type for hidden mounting. It is used insituations where a built-in installation is needed. This condition makes the electromagnetvirtually invisible with the door closed. The construction type of the electromagnet,allows a mechanical seal implemented electromagnetically, this is why you get a highresistance force at the opening of hinged doors.The holding force is 1200 kg and can be supplied either 12Vdc or 24Vdc without manualadjustments.Model EDTK22_S02 is equipped with a position sensor (reed), status sensor (hall effect),two-color LED to indicate the door status (closed=green – open=red) and an adjustabletimer for closing delay.The position sensor allows to know the position of the keeper plate, therefore of the door.The status sensor allows to know the power status and the position of the keeper plate.N.O. – COM – N.C. contacts available.

STZ Bracket for electromagnetic lock mini model EDT072_M.In anodised aluminum, it is generally used to fix the keeper plate to the moving part(door leaf/drawer).

STZL Bracket is used for surface mounting of the electromagnet if the opening directionof the door is to «pull». In anodised aluminum, the kit includs a «L» bracket to fix theelectromagnet on the vertical surface of the door frame and a «Z» bracket to fix thekeeper plate to the door leaf.

STZLC bracket is similar to STZL, with the addition of an elegant anodised aluminum coverthat allows to hide part of the bracket.

Model S5, generally supplied with fix keeper plate (S02160 or SH2160), without releasebutton, standard power supply 24Vdc. The electrical connection is made through aconnector with strain relief and a protection circuit. The base to fix the electromagnet ismade of galvanized steel.The main features of this model are the coil incorporated in the resin and the connectorwith a high connection value (IP67). Model S59, generally supplied with fix keeper plate (S02160 o SH2160), without releasebutton, standard power supply 24Vdc. The electrical connection is made through aconnector with strain relief and a protection circuit. The base to fix the electromagnet ismade of galvanized steel.Almost of the metallic surfaces are incorported in the resin; this makes it extremelyresistant to weathering limiting the oxidation surfaces.Furthermore, in addition, the connector for electrical connections has an high level ofprotection (IP67). These solutions make the electromagnet particularly resistant toumidity and water jet.

Adjustable keeper plate S01 is generally supplied with most of the electromagnets of 50Kgs and 100 Kgs, while for 150 Kgs models only on specific request.In order to grant an higher contact surface, the diameter of the disc is 5mm larger thanthe electromagnet to which it is linked.The keeper plate can be oriented of 60° with respect to its base.The steel disc is mounted on a special shock absorber which reduces the impact due tothe door opening.The shock absorber elasticity allows a perfect coupling of the disc to the magnet.

Keeper plate S02 is composed of a steel disc and a plate with four holes for the fixing.The disc is amortized, with respect to the plate, thanks to the elastic material interposedbetween the two elements.

Keeper plate S05 is recommended for installation on sliding doors. It is composed of adisc and a steel plate with four holes for fixing. The disc is amortized, with respect to theplate, by a robust set of springs. These springs have the capacity to absorb blows ofconsiderable intensity.On the bottom of the plate, the head of the central screw is subject to a movement ofabout 6mm. This means that keeper plate S05 must be fixed on a surface with a centralhole suitable for the movement of the screw itself.

Extension bracket S03130 for Electromagnetic Fire Door Holders S2 models.It is particularly versatile and useful when the electromagnet, wall mounted, is too farfrom the door to hold.S03130 extension bracket allows to distance the electromagnet from the wall from 45 to130 mm.Adding the extension tube (item 30050_061 to be ordered separately) is possible to reacha length of 230mm. To obtain intermediate measures it can be shortened buy cutting thetube to the required size.S03130 extension bracket is certified UNI EN 1155 for all S2 electromagnets, 50 and 100kgs of holding force.
