STEPS1. Preheat oven to

180°C/160°C fan-forced.

2. Insert the butter and sugar into the bowl. And then, mixture it.

CAKE

3. Crack the eggs, and add the eggs gradually one at the time. And add the raising self flour into the bowl. Then, mixture it.

4. Mix the dough until smooth. Try not to beat it at this stage, because large air bubbles are formed which create pockets in the finished cake.

5. Take 4-6 bowls and prepare it.

6. And next, pour the dough into the each bowl.

7. Add a little of food colourings into the bowls. Each bowl has different colors with the other bowls.

8. After you add it, mix them slowly. Make sure the color is evenly distributed.

9. Then, after coloring finished, spread the dough into the tins. Each tins just have one color of dough.

10. Insert them into the microwave. Bake them in the microwave for 18-20 minutes until cooked and springy to the touch.

11. After it cooked, take out them from the microwave. Then, let them getting cool in the tins for five minutes before lifting out carefully.

12. After few minutes, lift them out from the tins carefully and put them into the board cake.

STEPSFILLING

1. Add the butter into the bowl. Beat the butter until it’s super soft.

2. After that, add the cream cheese into the bowl and mix them until combined.

3. And then, add the icing sugar. Now, beat them in the icing sugar.

STEPSFINISHING

1. Take the first cake for the base. Apply the frosting to the top of first cake by spatula.

2. After first cake finished, put the second cake on top of the first cake. Then, apply the frosting again. Do it until the last layer.

3. If your cake has an irregular shape, you have to trim the chilled cake into a regular shape. Use the bread knife to do it.

4. Apply the frosting to the surface of cake until the surface is covered.

5. After that, sprinkle the trimit on the surface of cake.

6. Finally, serve the cake. If you want to serve it, you can cut the cake into small pieces and put them on a plate.
