2015 Trend = Benchmark with the 2015 results

Level Up = Benchmark with the immediate higher level

Specific Unit = Benchmark with a specific higher unit

EXTERNAL COMPARATORS

High Performing Norm = Korn Ferry Hay Group`s High Performing Companies Norm is a stretch target and shows the average survey scores from over 900,000 employees in 30 high performing organizations. This benchmark is based on company financial performance and engagement and enablement scores, with financial performance weighted more heavily.

Country Norm = This benchmark is based on data collected in organizations operating in the selected country.

GI Norm = This benchmark is based on data collected from over 6.4 million employees in 390 organizations around the world in a wide variety of industries.

Financial Norm = This benchmark is based on data collected from over 1.1 million employees in organizations operating in the Financials industry.

CALCULATION OF THE “INTENTION TO STAY” QUESTION:

Given your choice, how long do you plan to continue working for the company?

SIGNIFICATIVE GAPS: When your results are significantly above or below the benchmarks, scores are respectively displayed in green or red.

STRENGTHS AND OPPORTUNITIES: They are automatically calculated by the system based on the number of responses, the score to this question and the difference with internal and external benchmarks.

EMPLOYEES COMMENTS: To ensure the confidentiality of the participants, comments are displayed for groups with at least 30 comments.
