Status of the project All permits and authorizations were granted in 2009 and 2010 (Spanish

Ministries of Environment and Industry, Coastal Departments, Port Authority)

Converter stations: civil works and installation finished, testing ongoing

Morvedre (Sagunto) converter station energized in June 2011

Santa Ponsa converter Station will be energized in October 2011

Land and marine sections works: cable installation and protection completed

Operation of the interconnection will start late 2011
