( ROC) in 41 counties
� 8 water basins administrations
� 88% market covered by ROCs
� Rest small operators
� 55% inhabitants water supply access (incl.urban and rural areas); 45% to sewage central systems

� SOP1-POS1 the EU funding program of Romanian Ministry of Environment and Forests (MoEF) for 2007-2013
� Implementation: until 2015?
� POS1 –among front runners:
� 75% from total allocated amount is contracted, 70% is disbursed to applicants (June 2012)
� POS2: elaboration of new terms of reference 2012-2013� Next period covered: 2014-2020
� Focused on: environment (water/waste/soil) and climate change
� Terms of reference under development (consultative committees established in July 2012)

Project planning phase:
1. Planning of projects done without the correct
evaluation of Masterplans.
2. The whole process was not correlated with the
integrated regional development planning at
local level
3. Lack of correlation between EU funding and
availability of local financing.

-Lack of technical solutions or fear to tackle

� Covers Sibiu- Şelimbăr, Cisnădie, Răşinari, Mohu, Avrig, Mârşa, Ocna Sibiului & Făgăraş
� POS1 Sibiu: started in 2011, value 96 million Euro

Chapter 5 Logistics
� Arrival in Bucharest /Cluj International Airport by plane, Via Bucharest, Budapest or Viena.
� Hotels will be rented by us in range of 50 Euro pp/night, except Bucharest which will target 70-80Euro pp/night
� Meeting halls will be rented and paid by organizers
� Coffees and catering during presentations will be
arranged by RS organizers.
� Departure organized by each RS team member
� Bus rented by RS organizers
Chapter 6. Administrative
� The P&I event (today) is free of charge for Dutch participants.
� The Partners for water program is co-funding the Road Show.
� A contribution of 750 Euro for each company will balance the budget.
� Full package of service incl. rent bus, halls, catering in meetings, etc.
